I am the IT Manager at a supported housing charity where our previous manage print supplier had us paying £8.5k + VAT a quarter for 27 machines and a set amount of prints with no way to reduce them. We OfCourse began looking elsewhere when the contract was ending and among 7 other suppliers we found EBM Office Centre. They gave us their best pricing upfront with very clear minimums and interests ratioed to ensure we weren't blindsided by any costs down the line. With 4 more printers added the roster, the final price ended up being £3.8k + vat per quarter providing a saving of half for all the same as before. Riley our account manager supported me through this process, being there to answer any questions and provide insight where needed when dealing with our old supplier. We really couldn't be happier with our decision, and I felt I had to leave a review after the lovely amount of support we have had over the last few months and the very competitive savings and service, we are receiving.

All the team are so helpful, Yana especially, if I call or email with a urgent order Yana will ensure that I get it the same day or the next day.

I have used EBM for over a decade I have always found them to be very competitive but it's their value add as regards consultancy, service and support that keep me a loyal customer. I couldn't recommend them more.

We have been working with EBM Office for a number of years now. EBM have consistently given us a second to none service, very competitive quotes and great back up support, they excel in the area, this support is what makes the difference in a climate where prices are pretty much standard across the board. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company are a HP Gold partner reseller.
Will try to get you on a contract or to use their hardware where they control the supply of toner, etc. The toners they do supply are packaged in plain HP boxes not retail packaging and are not very reliable, we have had several that have had issues, they tend to fall off a cliff going from 80% full to 10% very quickly, others just don't work. I have never had a problem with a retail packaged HP toner.
They insist on monitoring software to be installed on the network, that does nothing to help you; all it is doing is snooping on your print supplies.
to make matters worse several of the toner are 20-30% more expensive than other suppliers, to which they make no excuse apart from to say that it is to pay off the hardware.
you are better off just buying knock off Chinese toner and chucking the printer after a few years.
