Nick was great! He was willing to get on the phone and answer all my questions and made sure Ebillity would support our use case. I appreciated his attention to detail and customer service. I helped me feel more comfortable with this transition.

We have used TT for years now and I have been really disappointed with Ebility on a number of issues. First, our subscription increased substantially without any notice. I was told that there was an email that was sent announcing this price increase but I never received one (nor did I receive one for another business I work with that uses TT). I feel the new pricing is not in line with the service and support we now get.
Secondly, I used to be able to talk to someone in support who was based in the US but now this support has been outsourced to a third party not based in the US and that support was of little help when I last needed it.
Finally, I have found that the website runs slower and has even been down on a few occasions that I or my colleagues try to access out account. Moreover, employees who use the app on their phones have had numerous issues and not been able to log their time or have other problems with the functionality.
I work independently with companies and have recommended TT to another firm but I will not be recommending this application any longer, due to the high cost of the software, the reduced quality of the support and the unreliability of the software.

The software is easy to use and very intuitive.

No way to export or save historical data. We switched to QBO and ebility told me i had to keep paying them in order to access or download data. we have not been using them for years but have to keep paying them a royalty every month.

we asked a few times for specific report and although it was sold as we can do customized reports, it doesn't meet our needs and therefore, will most likely be looking for a different provider.

Nicholas Young is a wonderful technical advisor; he goes over and above to bring about solutions and teach you how to get the most out of Ebillity. His knowledge is extensive, and he persevered in reaching out to deeper levels of tech support to achieve the goals we were looking for. Ebillity makes it easy to get good tech support and are quickly responsive to requests for help.

Nicholas Young was super helpful. Got on multiple calls with me, was flexible to my changing scheduled, and helped me get to where now I'm using eBillity on a daily basis and enjoying it.

Easy to set up, use and maintain.

Subscription increase is a lot when all I use is the time tracker. I am one person and I don’t send out invoices. Can a limited subscription be set up for just the time tracker and report export?

I've been using eBillity's Timetracker for a couple of weeks. I'm so glad I found such and easy-to-use way to track my billable time for my freelance business. Tracking that time and billing for it all in one tool frees up more of my time to do effective work. This product is such an asset!
