Ebcbrakeshop Reviews

Delivery was quick and well informed havent fitted discs yet but look the biz cheers

Maddie was a star double checked to make sure the right products are coming, ordered and low and behold in my hands less than 24hr later

Parts appear to be of good quality, the company used a courier that is actually capable of delivering on time within reasonable timescales - an absolute novelty these days!

Ordered a couple of sets of brake pads for our fleet of L200, as we ordered more than one set Adam email to say that was the order correct before send it out which a thing thats not done very often ( bit of personal touch) great product and spot on with deliveries as well

Well done very happy customer be back soon for the next lot 👍

Brake pads to big to fit anti rattle shims had to bring a bit off the pad ears

Ebcbrakeshop are a wonderful company and helped me with my brake pad selection. I can't rate them highly enough.

Had nothing but problems with my s3 discs & pads bought from ecb.
Spoken to technical department lots full of excuses. Uneven wear & pads sticking to the discs lots of scoring too. (Red stuff & plain discs)
Took them off replaced with standard ones!

I have the product in another car and im very happy with the quality and perfomance! Also the customer service was fast! Defenetly i recommend them!!!

it would be enough to write that for export to Italy Italian VAT will be applied upon arrival in Italy, so as not to be surprised by the courier

Great product great service fast delivery, the only place I found the correct pads for my mk8 R 2022 no were else had the pads for me,

Great company to deal with, and delivery was attempted sooner that expected.
Unfortunately fed ex did not give me the option of delivering to a neighbour so I had to leave a note stuck to the door.
Try a different delivery option as fed ex are the new TNT and neither have ever been any good.

I now only buy OEM replacements to avoid a problem with insurance, I would prefer Green or possibly Yellow stuff on my Alhambra for performance as it has ABS & quality tyres.

Parts and price were excellent however the shipping company were absolutely useless, i hope they choose a different company in future. would reccomend and would buy again.

Excellent service and product. Ordered online and received a call from the sales team to check. I had ordered too many items so received a refund within 24hours

Brakes were delivered quickly, fitted them and the car has never braked so sharp

Very slow delivery. I think my order was missed until I chased.

Called to check my order when I accidentally ordered a duplicate set of pads. Delivered quickly too. Top guys.
