Ebay Reviews 

No blame on the individual seller. But delivery went completely wrong.
I got a mail that they had "tried to deliver and left a note". However I was home all that day and there were no note anywhere.
I contacted Ebay who started out saying they couldn't look at the case until in 3 weeks. After the 3 weeks I got a mail : "delivery has been attempted, we're sorry this didn't work out - case closed!".
I have now spent hours trying to find out where my packet is - apparently in Kolding (I live in Aarhus). It seems that the carrier is Arvato - a company that has no website or contact info.
I asked Ebay to give me their contact info - NO ANSWER!
I have lost 450kr - I will never, ever buy anything from Ebay again.

Ok, there are many bad reviews of Ebay.

Apparently there are also many different "TrustPilot" pages plus several ways and places to shop on Ebay.

I've obviously been lucky ...
Once I ordered from China, once from England. In both cases my goods were delivered within 14 days and at the agreed price. No additional Charges.

It may be important to mention that I look carefully on how sellers are ranked before I buy an Item.
I never buy if the seller is ranked below 98% satisfied customers.
I always visit the seller's website before the purchase. (The website can be found to the right of the item: "Visit Store")

I never participate in auctions, It isn’t necessary. If you look around thoroughly, you will find a similar cheap price with the retailers that are ranked high as honest sellers.
Ebay is a great place to shop, as long as you stick to your logical sense ;)

Der er også mange forskellige "TrustPilot" sider og desuden adskillige måder og steder at handle på Ebay.
Jeg har åbenbart været heldig...

Den ene gang bestilte jeg fra Kina, den anden gang fra England. I begge tilfælde er mine ordrer blevet leveret inden for 14 dage og til den aftalte pris. Ingen yderligere merpris.

Måske er det vigtigt at nævne, at jeg kigger grundigt på hvordan sælgerne er rangeret før jeg køber et produkt. Jeg køber aldrig hvis sælgeren er rangeret under minimum 98% tilfredse kunder.
Jeg besøger altid sælgerens hjemmeside inden køb. (Hjemmesiden kan findes til højre for varen under: ”Visit Store”)

Jeg køber aldrig på "auktion", det er ikke nødvendigt. Hvis du kigger dig godt for, kan du finde en tilsvarende billig pris hos forhandlere som er rangeret højt som ærlige sælgere.
Ebay er et udmærket sted at handle hvis du bruger din fornuftige sans ;)

I purchased a Christmas present for my daughters cat on Ebay and after it was not delivered to me I decided to check the sellers tracking number which showed it had been delivered.
The signature was not mine so I checked with the Royal Mail to see where the present had been delivered to and they could not tell me because of data protection.
I went back to the seller who had disposed of the proof of posting so I raised a complaint with Ebay, who DIDN'T believed me over the seller, despite them not having proof of posting to the correct address. I am now left out of pocket as Royal Mail wont compensate me, as I was not the seller/sender and in any event the proof of posting has gone.
I emailed the VP of Ebay UK twice with no reply, no wonder they give such rubbish service and back up,when their supposed leader is so remiss.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM EBAY THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THE BUYER!!

I Purchased and received items from seller only to find one of a pair was broken. I contacted seller who promised to send replacement. But they never did after many emails to and from seller and having no success I requested help from ebay's team.. I was told I would receive a refund over the phone and then received an email informing me that they had now given favour to the seller. and for me to return the item to china at my own cost!!!. however the items are now out of return date limit. So another bad seller escapes their net. No more ebay for me!!!

eBay has a lot of new, more commercial items for sale now then ever before but I still rely on them to find vintage items for my old house that would never have been possible without them.

Ebay is a great site. Their basic search engine on the home page and options to view various different categories is easy to use.Members can sell or buy by make bids for items and the site is constantly updated with new prices and new auctions...I am sure as most of you know.
Great concept which does not get old.

Always used paypal. If theres been a problem I open a case and its resolved in a very timely and easy to understand manner.

I bought so many things from ebay using paypal.

just use paypal, and you're safe to order.

I found some software on ebay.de I wanted to buy and was waiting to
the last half minute then this site came up with " is only for germans
and you can't bid" or the like. Then I was biding on an same kind of
software still on the german site and only for them. I manage to make a bid and I don't want it so my hope is that some one will over bid me.
One time I was biding on a hardware same site and still for germans got the same message had to write to the seller that didn't help had again to mail him and this time he change it to Europe and then Hurray, Hurray.

You can be pretty much anything you can think of on Ebay. Some items you can just buy right away, and others need to be bid on. The bidding is really fun, especially when you're watching the countdown clock near zero. I have been able to get any Playstation 3 game that I wanted for under $15. If I had gone to a store that sold used games, I would have spent a lot more.

Ebay malaysia ni not bad. But not many stuff are sold by sellers are actually from malaysia. Have to seek for international seller also. better go to ebay.com straight away.
