scammer company, I had to pay twice (380 Euro) as their reservation was not available at AVIS! shame!
Actually it has to be 5 stones not 1 star!!!!!

I reached the AVIS agency at Schiphol Airport with my voucher in the hand. I had to know that my reservation was not available. Easyterra was not reachable by phone (Sunday) and had not backup phone number. A typical old fashion German company running by fax.
Avis asked me to book with them since they do not acknowledge the booking and have to charge me twice.

I requested a refund over 15 days ago. Until today they did not reply.

Calling their worst customer service is absolutely nonsense. They either hang up or are not available. Today, their polish customer service agent said to me very cool and unpleasant:" i will not hear even if you would explain to me your case for hours..."

I am really speechless!

Easy selection of cars and clear overview. The chosen car brand was not available, but the substitute was sufficiently equal. Good value for money, good service.

Up until this point I was a satisfied customer, recommending Easyterra to friends. Unfortunately they blew their reputation with me and so far the service is quite terrible.

Due to COVID, my flight was cancelled 2 days before my pickup. So I reached out to Easyterra that same evening to cancel. Unfortunately it was 19.30 and they close at 19 (site told me I had to call because it was within 72 hours of pickup). The next morning at 9 I called them to cancel, but the told me it was too late, since it was now 34 hours before pickup. When I explained the situation, that I was indeed half an hour late and it was 47,5 hours by the time I wanted to cancel. They simply said, well the policy is 48 hours so 47,5 is too late. Because I thought this was a joke I sent an email to customer service, and they also replied with "47,5 hours prior to pickup is too late".

They must have been hit hard by COVID to treat customers like this. I have booked cars with them for multiple years and even had one booked for Feb 21. They didnt even care..

I am happy with the service of EasyTerra. I wanted to find the best deal, reserve a car and be guaranteed easy and reliable pick up and return without fuss. EasyTerra delivered as expected.

HORRIBLE! Don’t book here! We thought we made a good deal to rent a very simple car for 6 days, but at the pick up we were told we have to pay 365 euro’s EXTRA! Because de price of 92 euros we payed online was just for a reservation and not for the car itself even though the reservation paper stated that the car would be 92 euros to rent. Terrible. This is called false advertisement!!

I made a booking but couldnt go due to Covid. I tried to cacncel the booking, but it had to be done 48 hours in advance, only then the office was closed, so it couldnt be done. The customer service agents didn't want to help me, so I now lost 119 euro, that cannot be transferred to another booking. I would advise to use this platform to find a goood deal, and then book directly with that firm.

Nice and friendly people...good price for a nice car...

Car rental met our expectations. Paperwork at the counter went smooth and the car looked clean and well maintained (although we got a different type, however of the same class). Returning and paperwork was easy.

This is for me the best Car Rental Site because:

# Almost all prices are cheapest compared to other agencies or websites
# All inclusive insurance
# No hidden fees and everything is transparent
# Always get the correct Booking Reference that the Rental company recognises
# Lots of choices and in many countries
# Very safe and no worry rental website and simple to use

Goeie service en the worry free option is prettig om al het eigen risico uit te sluiten.

Boek al jaren auto's via Easy Terra, en dat gaat altijd naar volle tevredenheid. What you book is what you get !

They book a car within 48 hours but they do not want to change the timing after booking and after getting my money. How difficult is it to change pickup time? No flexibility and no service at all

Best car rental site I could find to travel over Spain with best price available. Easy to navigate and many options available if your pickup and drop off locations are different.

Rented a car for first time. I had no experience renting a car. Showed up due to issues with public transport and the car is given away and all the money is gone. It was for several days. It is unbelievable, I still cannot comprehend it

This is without a doubt the most ridiculous excuse for a car hire company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are withholding money for a car that was never used, and they have stopped replying to email comms requesting phone call recordings that prove their incompetent staff failed to update our booking when requested. Unfortunately for them, they did manage to email a request for review. 0/10- would not recommend to worst enemy.

Bad experience with Easy Terra
I rented a car in Vienna, via Easy terra, the now worry option, so full tank covers all costs, I arrive at the airport and have to pay 102 Euro extra. (extra tax) and the tank was almost empty. If your complaint with Easy Terra you get no response !.

I used EasyTerra to rent a car in Corfu, but when I went to pick it up from Alamo at the airport I was refused the car because I din't have an International Driver's permit. I have been driving in Europe, including Greece, for many years and have never needed one before. One time I did have one with me I was told they are only required if your home drivers license was not in the Roman alphabet.
A technicality ignored by most rental companies. I was able to make another arrangement, but when I requested a refund from EasyTerra I was told "No"!
I believe that it is illegal to take money without providing the agreed service, and any reasonable company would have refunded the money, perhaps less a handling fee. Clearly this is a company bordering on being an internet scam.
I will not consider using them again and advise anyone thinking of using them to go directly to the car rental company - it is worth paying a little more to have some comeback if needed.
The big lesson for me that I would like to pass on to others is NEVER, EVER PRE-PAY FOR A RENTAL CAR.
September update. After an extended email campaign EasyTerra finally refunded my money, less a fee (which I think is quite reasonable), so eventually they did the right thing.
