I recently purchased engineered invsible prime oak flooring and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
From the very beginning, ordering samples was quick and straightforward. The samples arrived promptly, were well packaged, and gave a true reflection of the quality and finish which made choosing much easier.

When it came to pricing, they were by far the most competitive compared to other companies I looked at. The team were also really helpful in talking me through options and making sure I was getting the best value for my budget.

Delivery was smooth and well organised. Everything arrived on time, properly protected, and exactly as expected.

A big standout for me was the customer service. My fitter actually contacted them directly for some technical advice during installation, and they went above and beyond to help which gave us both a lot of confidence.

Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. High-quality flooring, great prices, and genuinely helpful support.

Ordered some samples, took several days to arrive, came packaged terribly in loads of plastic wrap that was really hard to open, unclear who the parcel has even come from. The samples that arrived were cracked down the entire length, doesn't bode well for the quality. Says engineered wood flooring but it's not, it's softwood which will be way less durable. The wood top itself doesn't even look real looks printed on. Would never order from this company.

I ordered samples on 1st and 2nd September. By 6th I hadn’t received anything but got an email claiming they should’ve been delivered by then. I responded and received an email from Dave W apologising and claiming that another set of samples would be dispatched ASAP - though I don’t believe this was actually done.

I did receive some samples but one of them was wrong. I received what appeared to be a good response from Dave - making the claim that the full order would be completed without further complications. But, again, I don’t feel this was actually sincere.

By the 12th I still hadn’t received any further samples. They then appeared to sidestep the issue and get me to order anyway, and claimed that all of the samples had already been dispatched to me. Additionally, I asked them to stop phoning me (repeatedly over multiple days) to discuss this as we were already doing so via email - as I find phone calls more tiring due to my disability. They have phoned me 3 times since then.

On 19th they stated they would dispatch all of the samples again (would be the third try) but have only received 1 which - given the branding on the parcel - appears to have been sent directly by the manufacturer.

It’s clear that Easy Step Flooring are incapable of actually sending out samples. Instead of fixing the issue they make claims that they seemingly don’t intend to keep. It’s been 6 weeks since I ordered and have still only received a third of what I ordered. I don’t have faith a paid-for order would actually be delivered and I’m not interested in doing business with a company that disrespects the communication preferences of potential customers - especially disabled ones. Would definitely recommend people avoid!

I have no idea why Easy Step Flooring have decided to respond to this over a year later, especially to just lie. They state “… we advised you at the time that the tracking information from the delivery partners stated these were delivered.” I have looked the emails and this is not stated anywhere.

Clearly they’re a dodgy company trying to bury bad reviews. They’ve deleted all of their google reviews (including mine which they responded to at the time and accepted all responsibility for the issues) and are now trying to discredit the negative reviews here.

Love their solid wood oak uv oiled flooring! It arrives on time and they offer to store it if you don’t need it right away. Product is beautiful

I have ordered from this company twice , and the service has been amazing. Both times Dave assisted us with measurements, price and delivery, keeping us updated.

Ordered engineered oak flooring for landing, great price, great product, easy to fit. Delivery was quick, had absolutely no issues at all, I would recommend based on my experience

WHAT fiasco,placed order in december,they couldnt deliver till febuary,due to not being able to get hold of premium underlay,that was fine.NOTE,everything paid for in advance.delivery day arrives ,doorstep delivery ,so had to hand ball inside house ,opens the underlay,its the cheap stuff,opens up 3 boxes of planks,all not fit for purpose.photo sent to easy step,agreed it was sub standard,and agreed to collect it all.so hand balled it back outside onto pallet re wrapped it all myself.and it was collected.was sent samples of other flooring and agreed on a substitute type.SHOULD DEFINETLY HAVE DEMANDED A FULL REFUND ,BUT was trying for nobody to lose a sale ,and keep everyone happy.new flooring arrived and was installed.new flooring was considerably cheaper than original we paid for,some £287 approx,underlay was not the one we ordered and a cheaper version.Have asked easy step for some compensation on the issue,but have been ignored so far .

I bought some flooring from Easy Step Flooring in 2015 and was very impressed. I came back to them recently to buy some more. Yet again great flooring, prices, quick delivery and service.

One thing to bear in mind is the delivery is kerbside, so if that’s going to be a problem maybe discuss it with the company before placing your order.

Anyway, I can thoroughly recommend this company and especially love their solid oak flooring and prices.

Having scoured the internet and in my local area for flooring which complemented the new look of my home and what I liked; I came across Easy Step Flooring. I ordered some samples and they arrived very quickly; Dave rang to check if I had received them, which I had, I was wanting solid oak but not too dark. Once I had decided which of the samples, I preferred I gave them a call. Dave was really helpful, and I placed an order for American White Oak, the order was for all the downstairs rooms and hallway.
I was given a delivery date, paid for the flooring and the delivery was exactly on the date given to me. The delivery driver was very pleasant and delivered the flooring right outside the area which I needed him too which was great. If I or anyone I know needs wood flooring etc I shall certainly recommend Easy Step to them. Thanks to Dave and his team for a smooth ordering, communication and delivery process. Very happy customer

I was trying to match existing flooring. Dave from Easy Step was very helpful, sending samples, phoning to see if they had arrived. I ordered the solid wood Tobacco. It came on the date arranged. I then ordered more. Again good communication and delivery.
Product looks great, competitive price. Happy customer.

Ordered solid oak flooring for the entire ground floor of house. Great product, helpful staff, efficient delivery and Easy Step recommended a highly proficient professional floor fitter to install flooring at a reasonable price and to a high standard. Would recommend A+

Scam artists. This is not a real flooring company. Do NOT use them. They advertise they accept credit cards, they do not. They do not issue tracking numbers for deliveries. You do have to pay them via Paypal. Basically you have no financial protection. We unfortunately ordered from them and after three failed delivery dates (no one showed up to deliver and each time we had to chase them again to find out what was happening) came and went we are still trying to get our money back. After paying nearly 50 pounds for delivery they asked me to pick up wood myself....
