Easyspace quickly sorted out my FTP connection problems.
Easyspace have hosted my website for nearly 15 years. During this time I have had brilliant service, but recently I had a problem updating my website, FTP wouldn't connect. Had an online chat with an agent and went through my FTP connection details, one of which had somehow become corrupted. The agent was able to point this out and had me up and running again within minutes. The agent, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable - Brilliant service. If you are looking for a company to host your website - I highly rate Easyspace.

Been with these guys for 15+ years as with all internet services problems and issues sometimes occur but easyspace are easy to contact either by webchat or phone and the support team are based in uk and always have excellent knowledge and understanding of the various so they are always quickly resolved

We have been with Easyspace since the early days (2005) and over the years have always had a faultless and speedy service. We have 198 domain names in our account and there is always something that needs to be done. It's good to have a provider that (a) really knows what they are doing and (b) are really easy to get in touch with.

EXCELLENT WEBSITE / EMAIL PROVIDER
Been with this company for 17 years now......and would highly recommend them.......quite recently GMAIL and Hotmail accounts was being blocked due to security changes.........a simple call and within the hour everything was corrected

Patient and knowledgeable customer service
I contacted Easyspace via Live Chat, I was having a problem with sending e mails to gmail addresses.
Although my e mail hosting is with another company who had been unable to resolve the issue they advised to contact Easyspace and ask them to manually add the authentication records required.
I didn’t hold much hope of them wanting to help and as I didn’t understand what I was asking for I expected to be fobbed off.
How wrong was I !!
Within minutes the staff member had added the records and explained how long it should take to update.
I am very happy with the support provided by Easyspace and will look to move the other services I need over to them.
The staff member I dealt with was patient and knowledgeable and has given me confidence in the company.

Excellent Customer Service
I recently had an issue with my website crashing and contacted easyspace for help. They fixed the problem within 24 hours and everything was up and running again. Their customer service has always been excellent, which is why I have stayed with them for 15 + years.

Highly Recommend
Have been using Easyspace for a number of years now and the service and support is great. Engineers are very helpful, able to provide KVM quickly if we have a server issue and always there for support or technical questions without any issues. Would definitely recommend them if you need a dedicated server or VPS etc.

To suit my developer I have moved my site across to Wix whilst keeping my other online services with Easyspace, the support at Wix was unable to resolve a problem in the transfer and actually suggested I spoke to Easyspace support as they were clearly more knowledgeable and had a better integrated system. Easyspace were great and we had it sorted in an hour.

First Class Support from Easyspace
I have a dedicated server provided, hosted and supported by Easyspace where I develop a number of concurrent new business developments. I'm not a software developer but can quickly put up quality graphics and pages plus set up emails on 10 domains. There are times that I extend beyond my knowledge or have a complex change so when I reach out to Easyspace support either through Live Chat or a phone call there is always a detailed and practical reply or they just plain help me there and then to solve quickly. I've been with Easyspace since the beginning and stuck with them as they're on the ball, really first class all round.

The packages they provide have something for everyone from beginners up to professional developers.
Im no expert and find the support available online very helpful.
As with every hosting provider there’s always more add ons to improve the performance!
Overall I am satisfied with the company and enjoy working with them.

No need for me to panic
I rang with a concern over two issues, auto-renewal and my card details, which between the two confused me on a perceived 3rd issue of payment. I was relieved to speak with a very well mannered and knowledgeable person who quickly explained everything and left me calm and happy with the outcome of the call that was very quickly answered.
