DO NOT USE FLAT EXPORT for Internation Service. Yes, the initial price is low, but there is absolutely no tracking once your parcel enters Canada. The receiver must contact the local post office and pick up their package (last-mile delivery). Package as of now is 20+ days and likely lost forever with no insurance.

Easyship billed the wrong credit card on my account. I contacted them through email and I have to say the first response was relatively timely. They responded with a generic answer with screenshots of the billing section of my account, showing one credit card selected for shipping costs and one not. They charged the card NOT selected for shipping, which was the problem. So, I emailed back and said that this was exactly the issue and that their screenshots proved my point. They never replied back. I sent another email asking for a call and that never happened either. So I started looking for their customer service number and that number just sends you through a third party advertising loop. DON’T TRUST EASYSHIP!!! Their customer service is nonexistent, especially when they discover they made a mistake.

As bad as it gets
I paid extra fees for a faster delivery (5-8 working days). No tracking info, no updates, only delays. Their contact email is not displayed in the confirmation email, maybe hiding somewhere on the website but I actually found it in other complaining comments (help"eta"easyship.com).
Let's hope they answer at least.
Update: after multiple email exchanges with their customer service, all they could suggest is to get in touch with the party who was sending the parcel because they didn't have visibility on it. So basically EasyShip sent me a payment link with a promise of 5-8 days delivery and took my money without having a clue about when it will be sent. Seems like a profitable business model.
My advice if you face with a similar situation: get your money back through your credit card company.

Insane quotes for shipping and import duties. These guys are suggesting $50 shipping and another $50 import duties (andc fees) on a $100 product that ways <1kg. Insane. For those numbers I could collect the parcel in the US myself almost.

Prompt follow-up as new info arrived and concern for my situation facing a possibly lost package.
Signed up and they have not stopped hounding me. Even worse than if I had defaulted on a loan. Constant emails and phone calls from these people have me 100% sick of them already.
Joshi was the person that helped me. This entire situation was very frustrating and took close to 3 months. Joshi was very good at advice and follow up. I would highly recommend him for advancement in your organization. I spoke with several people during the process but he was without question the exception in performance and follow thru.
Date of Experience: March 2024
I have been a user of Easyship’s services, specifically the Premier Yearly Subscription, up until a recent incident that has compelled me to reconsider my association with them and share my experience publicly.
In March 2024, I was surprised to find my credit card charged SGD513 for an automatic subscription renewal. What compounded my frustration was the realization that this renewal notice coincided exactly with the charge time, leaving no window for any decision-making regarding my subscription preferences.
Promptly reacting, I reached out to Easyship, seeking to downgrade to a more affordable plan while also requesting a partial refund. Initially, the response was promising; an agreement was seemingly reached with a senior staff member who assured a downgrade and a refund. Regrettably, this decision was unexpectedly overturned, citing a technicality that a ‘prior notice’ was sent at the same time as the charge— a justification that, in my opinion, does not align with reasonable consumer expectations for fair notice.
Further complicating matters is the absence of a clear, accessible refund policy on their platform. Despite diligent searching, I found no detailed guidance on how such situations are handled, leaving subscribers in a gray area regarding their subscription commitments and potential recourse.
This experience has been disheartening. As a customer, the lack of clear communication, the reversal of resolutions, and opaque policies have eroded my trust in Easyship. The cost implications and administrative runaround in attempting to address this issue have been significant. For others considering Easyship, I advise caution and thorough vetting of their subscription terms and customer service practices to avoid similar predicaments.
While I once valued Easyship for their shipping solutions, this episode has underscored the importance of transparency and customer respect—areas where, based on my experience, there’s considerable room for improvement.
Experience with customer support is mostly great, as they reply promptly and help to resolve the issues as soon as possible. The only issue I had was with one of the customer support, as she could not get me the proof of delivery for one of the orders for close to 2 weeks, but when i approached another customer support, he got it to me within 30 minutes! It has been close to 3 weeks, and yet the first customer support still hasn't gotten back to me about the proof of delivery despite asking for it multiple times.
Overall, experience is great. Just hope they check that their customer support staff is doing their job properly.
I needed a means to track, process, and collect shipping payment post my Kickstarter campaign. EasyShip set me up with a direct contact (Chris), who walked me through the use of the EasyShip platform, set my profile up to my needs, and was always available if I had an issue or questions. The platform has a massive amount of features and flexibility, and Chris was always open to constructive feedback. A major feature for me was being able to import all the contacts and addresses directly from the files Kickstarter generates without having to do any additional processing of the info. I was able to ship almost 900 orders, some international, with ease. Great experience all around.
We've been using Easyhip for almost 4 years now. Everything has been great. Customer service is really helpful and will assist whenever they can or advise you on what to do on your end if they are unable to proceed with a concern. Keep it up, Easyship Team!
Chaithanya helped to return inappropriately paid taxes, thanks for the help
Do not use this service at any cost. There is absolutely no customer support. I messaged them daily for 9 days straight without a single response. One of the worst company experiences I've had in recent memory.

Bare minimum tracking with huge gaps and time lags and virtually zero real details. Used by default by an ebay seller. I need more stuff from this vendor but will not buy unless he offers a better shipper; like USPS or ANYONE but "Easyship". If you have any choice, do NOT use this carrier or their system. Package shipped Jan 16 from Texas to Canada. Not here yet and I have no idea where it is. if zero stars were an option that's what they'd get...

Easy ship took my money. UPS claimed my tube weighed 3kg, yet it was only 1.63kg. I measure and weigh everything with AUS certified scales before it leaves my workshop.
After their poor (NO) attempt to assist, they still charged me an extra $33
Don't use them at any cost.
They have your Credit card details and don't give a rats.
I can't even close my account... FFS
All photos were supplied.. Where is your conscious
I would love to get the Fair trading involved. 1.63kg is not 3.0kg pathetic at the least The BS you carry on with is disgusting..
When the dispute was escalated, all required info and photos were sent to Khaleeq..
Stop the BS Easyship and close my account

Terrible guidance every step of the way. Headache after headache. Customer service that never gets back to you. Its a shame because this platform has everything going for it but the customer experience and sales side of things don't deliver what they offer,.

EasyShip is a scam.
I got quoted AU$72 to ship a 0.1kg parcel from Australia to Canada via Teaml GlobalExpress (Formerly Toll). The parcel measurements were 20cm x 10cm x 2cm (Envelope). The estimated delivery time shown was 3-5 days. However, the parcel took 22 days to deliver. Their estimated delivery time is misleading and deceives customers into purchasing shipping labels from less reputable couriers.
Despite not being delivered yet, the courier charges AU$95 and therefore I am required to pay an additional AU$23 for them. The courier has marked my parcel at a chargeable weight of 1.0kg. However, the product I sell cannot weigh more than 0.1kg. The volumetric weight also does not exceed 0.12kg for this parcel size.
I disputed this charge with EasyShip but following 5 weeks of no updates, I've been told they have not been able to elicit a response from the courier and I must contact the courier directly to dispute the charge.
This is unacceptable as the payment was made to EasyShip and they are responsible for ensuring the prices they charge reflect the actual cost. This is to ensure they do not mislead customers.
Should I have known the total cost of shipping to canada would be AU$95, I would have shipped directly DHL Express which would have been the same price. However, easyship provided an estimated delivery date of 3-6 days and a cheaper price. They have no means for dispute resolution.

Tracking information says it was delivered when it definitely wasn't. I have three cameras in my front yard and I was home all day. If anybody stole it, it was the delivery driver.

Absolutely horrendous company, I've been a long time customer and never had any issues, but as soon as you have one they're the first people on the scene to completely abandon you. I had shipped something which they requested I purchase shipping insurance for, since it was a valuable item I did. Remember, I didn't even look into the insurance for this item, they told me they WOULD insure the item. Soon the package got lost in shipping, and upon filing a request with Easyship I was immediately denied after providing all the documents they asked for and said my item was not covered under their insurance policy. So after I described my item to them, and they heavily urged me to purchase their insurance, they completely dropped me when something went wrong.
Shipping with them for any other reason is lackluster. They'll push you off of their own service pretty much as soon as you raise a concern by saying you need to contact the people you shipped with. Overall its a company that's honestly fine if nothing ever goes wrong, but the moment something does turns into a nightmare to deal with. For the amount of free cheap shipping label providers there are out there, Easyship is certainly not the best. Go use something else.
