Bloody scammers I haven’t received my NI from last year and when i asked for refund they said we have served you we cant give you any refund they charged me £55 for NI but when I checked from gov.uk there is not any kind of fees to get NIN

I applied for a NIN, payed 40 something pounds, was told every job center was closed because of the pandemic and never heard back from them for months, when they opened back they told me a package would be sent to me. It never got there, and when I asked for a refund I was told that their services where completed because they had sent the package. And, as I had not sent any of the documents from that package back to them, my application was cancelled so I was not elegible for a refund.

Do not use this service, use the official one through the government site.

They are fraud,its been 1 year that I do not receive my nino. Please safe your time,money,efforts and peace and do not even think a second to get NI number through them.
I don't even want to give them 1 star,but I have no options.

If anyone has been scammed, contact Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040. National insurance number applications do not require a charge visit www gov uk and apply through the official government website.

I would not give any stars.scammers .they wont refund they dont do anything. You never hear from them again when they take your money.dont know how the government let these illegal companies run.make sure your applying on the official government site

this is scam, i spend 65,00 £ for the nino and i have not recive my national insurance number .. i cannot recomend them

Waiting for 3 mths for new card !Criminal enterprise. Basic scammers. Surprised that the UK allows such scams ... I guess we need to get together and sue them ?

Long story short, paid the fee for a NINO form but nobody gets in touch with me for a single word or question. Is a gross scam!
Save your money from this guys!

I have the card 20 quid well worth the business communications thanks enjoyed it. I am a student and doing really well. However isnt for official purposes and whatever this means.

I applied for my NI number in Dec 2020 using their website. My experience has been a disaster!!! It’s now May 2021 and I still have not received my document even though I paid £15 for their service. I have emailed at least 5 times, called their number countless times but still nothing. They never pick the phone nor reply emails. It’s so so frustrating. Absolutely disgraceful service. Do nothing use them. It’s a scam!!

Paid £60 in October and still waiting ! They are very rude and have no telephone manners what so ever !! After receiving finally an email on the 13 off April that my national insurance number is on his way ( allow us 15 days ) with an reference number from the jobcentre and all,nothing arrived ?? Called them twice yesterday and both times they answer and hang up the phone straight away. Called the jobcentre and they told me that the reference number is not existing ! Why is the government not warning people for these scammers ?? I was speaking to citizen advice yesterday and will send all the details to trading standards today !! Something has to be done.

I payed them 35£ in november 2020 because of the pandemic didn't let me go through the process on my own. It's may 2021 and I still didn't get any news from them about my application. I sent them a message but no response. I will sue them and hopefully they will pay for this scam. Anyway, avoid this scam company.

I ordered a card and completely forgot to read the reviews, I was worried I had been scammed and lost out on £20, however about 5 days after I ordered it, I received my order.
