All of easyshops reviews from real customers are one star and report it as a scam site, not just poor service. All 5 star reviews for easyshop are clearly fake as each one tells of impossibly fast, next day shipping which is a complete lie. Fake positive reviews from a fake scam website. Avoid.

I sent fir a frock coat usually sells on tweedmans for £375 This site was selling one for £38 but using the image from tweedmans. I should have known better. Item just never arrived. It is a pure scam STEER CLEAR . Their website email is for sale.

This website is a SCAM! They are using my product pictures and company name to sell my items. I have never had anything to do with them and they are plagiarists and frauds. Please don't purchase from this website!

Thank you so much for the reviews I was about to do a purchase with them. But now that I see they are a scam. I will stand with you. We don't need Scamers we need people to do the right thing. Just remember what you do in this life will come back to you.

Scam bought a coat waiting a month now been tracking it i have proof puff all of a sudden I have no order saying I didn't pay and they have took 4 lots of 28 pounds out of my account aswell had to block them through the bank don't buy scam

Scam scam scam scam, DO NOT BUY from this site. They take your money, then send you an email telling you you have been scammed and try and blackmail you out of money.

They've lost my items and are asking me to give them time to locate them, despite providing a tracking number and proof of delivery. Their service fees are higher compared to other freight forwarding companies. The customer service is abysmal! They claim you can contact them through online chat, which never works. There's no contact number for better communication.

My experience sound 'spookily' familar.
I ordered two 'IPig' ipod docking stations from Micro heaven/ easyishop on the 6th january. When a week or so later nothing had arrived i got in touch only to be told the familiar "lost in the post by the Royal Mail" story.. (has the royal mail really got this unreliable?.. i think not) A week later one of the docking stations arrived (poorely packed and damaged box but contents ok). When i eventually got through on the phone line they told me that the second item was out of stock with no date available from the manufacturer. I cancelled this item and was told a refund would be processed right away to my card. Over two weeks later I have no refund and no reply to any of the several emails I've sent.
Draw your own conclusions. fortunately i paid by credit card so I'm hoping i can get my money back.

everything I have ordered has arrived promptly and in excellent packaging.

I have not had to contact them about anything, so am unable to comment on their customer service.

Quite simply, I have used their rather nice web site, ordered several items on several different occasions, and received the goods within the week.

Thoroughly satisfied.

The best price I found on the net and everything ran very smoothly, with excellent communications and super quick delivery.

I ordered a phone cover back in August 2011 and still to this date have not received the goods even though they took the money from my account straight away.

I have emailed 3 times and tried calling several times with no response to any of it.

A friend of mine also purchased a phone cover a couple of days later and she to has not received her goods.

They are just thieves!

Back in March, I bought and paid for an Ipod waistband carrier, but have never received the item. Despite sending a number of emails to Easyishop (Surrey Stores Ltd), only one received a specific response, which was back in April, stating -

"Unfortunately we are still awaiting new stock to come in of this item as the manufacturer has had a production problem. We apologise for this delay and will ship this item to you the day it arrives in our warehouse via special delivery at no extra cost to your self, considering the circumstances. Unfortunately many suppliers are having the problem with this item but we expect this to be resolved in the next few days. I apologise again for this further delay to your delivery."

My other emails just trigger an automated reply, with a promise of a response within 24 hours. Never happens. And there is no telephone number on their web site.

I regret ordering from Easyishop as certainly in my case, it seems like I've been dupped!

easyishop always have a good range, even showing items not quite available yet. The prices are good and when they have the item(s) in stock delivery is quick
