Not fit for purpose and very flimsy.

The foam I ordered came promptly and, I thought originally reasonably priced, but on first use I stuck my fingers through it very easily. It now has 3 holes in it plus the random 5mm punched hole that was in it when it arrived. I did write to them and sent a picture as requested but they obviously thought it unimportant as they ignored my response. Not fit for purpose and very flimsy.

Practices of dubious legality

I came on here to leave a bad review and noticed that Silvia in 2020 had exactly the same experience as me, making me think I wasn't an unlucky customer, but something here is going on systematically.
I ordered a piece of foam, on the website I was prompted to input the 3D measurements. What I was sent was a product of completely different measurements. When contacting customer service in the person of Debbie to point out that I received the wrong item, she just sent me the order confirmation, showing the wrong measurements. Unfortunately there is no way for me to prove that the mistake wasn't from my end, however I did pay attention when I entered the measurements in cm and I struggle to believe that I made 3 mistakes in a row. The return policy is designed in a way that by returning the item at my own cost and with them subtracting the posting expenses from the refund, I would have not retrieved any of the money I spent. So I'm left short of 10£ and with a useless piece of foam. For these dubious practices however, they are left with 1) a bad review 2) an unhappy customer that will never return 3) no order for the correct item, which would have brought them 31£ instead of 10£.
Very short-sighted way for conducting a business.

Very happy

I have purchased from this company for quite a few years now I am disabled and use their foam to create my own custom mattresses, have always been very happy with the product good customer communications as well highly recommend

AVOID!!! They send me the wrong product and won't accept responsibility!! selling over the…

Staff was great when selling over the phone but after the sale, they were plane rude and patronizing.

The worst bit though it's that they send me the WRONG measurements (so the foam is useless to me) and even though they were there in the invoice, in black and white, Debbie still BLAMED ME and put the phone down on me.

Wrote a formal complaint to the manager (twice) and haven't heard anything (it's been a month now).

I've never expererienced such a cheek!!

So I decided to MAKE A CLAIM with my Credit Card company and I got my money back (which proofs again I was right). I suggest all the other disgruntled customers to do the same.

P.S.: Also beware that efoam and easyfoam are the same company!

We cannot trace an order with just the name 'Ken' and have received no notifications regarding any credit card charge back claim requests at all.
Easyfoam is a sister company of Efoam, pairing company being Simply Foam Products Ltd. This is not hidden information, it clearly shows this every page of our website.

Disapointing - Rude - None responsive.

We ordered 5 x Spray Adhesive from this company, only received 3.
Was told numerous times to send emails which we have had no response too.
Attitude was not helpful -
Will not be ordering from these again, after the lady more or less accused of us lying about this.
We are using this adhesive to make face shields for the NHS using donations from the public and our own customers.

Take it or leave it...

Fair delivery time, good product, but shocking service. Follow-up enquiry resulted in inability to answer a technical issue on their product's adhesion, then (in failures to reply):- "your email had no message..." and "there was no reply email address to your email..." - then hung up on the phone.
Unless you know exactly what you want, don't bother with this take-it-or-leave it company.

I would not advise anyone to buy foam from this company

I would not advise anyone to buy foam from this company.
What was I happy with? The foam and glue was delivered on time and it was of good quality.
What was I unhappy with? Poor to non existent customer service when things go wrong.
What went wrong? I ordered a piece of foam 60x20x2 inch. They delivered a piece 60x19x2.This may seem trivial but it fell short of the amount I needed to complete my project properly. I sent them an email along with photographic evidence showing both the shortfall and effect on my project and photos to confirm the dimensions supplied. I heard nothing so rang them to discuss the problem. The first point of contact did not instil any confidence whatsoever. They did not seem to have a clue. they struggled to get my name details correct and said they couldn't find my email could I send another. I said I have already sent one and insisted they look at my order reference number. They said they would call me back but couldn't say when. I didn't expect to receive a call back to be honest but to be fair they did ring back. I explained the issue only to be told that there is a tolerance to be allowed with the foam. I added I saw no reference to this when making my order and if I had then I would have ordered more to make sure I did not have a shortfall as I didn't want this to happen. They told me it did say this on their website. They said that there were sorry I was not happy but said there was nothing they could do. I began to think perhaps I must of missed this when making my order and if this had been the case I would have to accept it was my fault. I had to accept their explanation. After ending the call I visited the website again to check the terms and conditions and the website to see if there was any mention of allowing a tolerance. I could find nothing. What I did find was their website stated:-
"we have our own manufacturing facilities with latest automated cutting machinery enabling us to custom cut your foam with consistent quality and accuracy."

"We can cut your foam in a great number of shapes with precise accuracy."

I immediately rang them back and asked if they could direct me to where on their website it mentions leaving a tolerance as I couldn't find it. I was told they had discussed it with management and there was nothing they could do and it did say on their website. I asked if they could direct me to where it says this. I sensed they were losing patience at this point and was told I will email you the relevant part. That was the end of the call.
Did I receive an email? Of coarse I didn't, but this did not surprise me they were just trying to give me the run around and wriggle of their responsibility. At the end of the day they did not fulfil our contract and I paid for something I did not get. If I pay for a pint I would expect to receive a pint.
I contacted them again by email marking it as a complaint. I outlined my concerns and advised them I was going to have to I purchase additional foam and piece it together to complete my project and this is not what I had wanted to do. I told them I was not asking for a full refund but I would like to know what they intended to do to resolve this matter? I never heard any more from them and that's over a week ago.

Of all the purchases I have made over the internet(NOT FROM THIS COMPANY) on the very few occasions when things have not gone right I have never had a problem resolving the issue with the supplier without having to be heavy handed or badgering them. They have always been very good and very fair. This is the first company I have dealt with who don't want to know when things go wrong.

So that's two mentions of accuracy but no mention of a tolerance so what does accuracy mean? It obviously does not mean what I understand it to mean.
I paid for something they did not deliver.
Once they have your money they have no interest in resolving any issue.
I tried to be reasonable and fair and was not asking for something I had not paid for.

If you looking for foam look no further

I have been looking for a company to provide me with foam for my dining chairs, this company has it sorted the web site is simple to use allowing you to have the foam cut to the exact size you require, also the is very good advise on which foam you require.
having submitted my order I was surprised when 2 days later it turned up, absolutely brilliant service

I was searching for a new foam insert for my camera case ...

I was searching for a new foam insert for my camera case but unfortunately it was no longer available. By accident I discovered Easy Foam website and considered having a new foam insert made. I was nervous it would be complicated but the Easy Foam website was simple and clear to use and within minutes I had my new insert designed and and it cost me a lot less than I imagined. Thank you Easy Foam - your straightforward and easy to use website may have saved my old camera.

Excellent service

Excellent service, easy to use website, courteous customer service, amazing quick delivery. Great communication! I bought a mattress from Easyfoam for my camper and they delivered the mattress the next day. I wish I'd found them sooner! Defiantly recommend. Thank you Easyfoam!

First off I bought a sofa bed which after a while was so uncomfortable to sit on i decided buy a new one or transform this one. I googled foam and found Easeyfoam not knowing what I needed I phoned before buying and the lady suggested what I needed. Job done ordered Wednesday by Friday foam fixed to bed frame and back to comfortable seats.(£800.00) new sofa. (26.00) Easeyfoam I definitely recommend this company and now considering going for the memory foam mattress.

Courteous, clear website and fair prices

Easyfoam UK had the best price on the high quality 'Reflex 400H' foam I was looking for for my campervan cushions AND responded quickly and courteously to emails. The foam was with me in a couple of days. Would absolutely use them again and recommend Easyfoam to anyone.
