While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Do not trust even their official emails
After I moved my house, I moved my contract as well with easyEnergy. They confirmed my new address and start date by an official email, but after one month, I got a call from Enexis which says that I don't have a contract with a service provider and my gas and electricity will be cut. When I got in contact with easyenergy, they told me that my transfer has been started but not finalized due to a mistake on their side. Also since they did not start the contract on time, I could not get my 190 euros government contribution. Again I got into contact and explained to them with evidence that I have done nothing wrong and it was their mistake. After many emails back and forward, they have accepted their mistake but they said that they will not compensate 190 euros.
So in short, do not trust easyenergy, even if you have something written, they can deny it tomorrow, they can make you lose money and they don't care at all. Even though they are the cheapest energy company, they have the worst customer service and accountability at the same time.
If some easyenergy management wants to review that topic, they can check ticket number 68032 and 73021, all the evidence are also there.
