expired date/ not fresh product
I ordered Annemarie Börlind Rose Nature Cooling SPA eye cream-gel. Date of manufacture 3 years. I really don't need expired products, especially such an expensive!
the problem is that exactly these cosmetics must be fresh, otherwise the cream simply does not work! I tried and i see the difference. It doesn’t work at all!

They sent me an empty box
They sent me an empty box. I provided all the details they asked for - the communication was terrible and I still don't know what's going on. They asked for multiple documents which I provided. There's no resolution and I doubt that there will be. Scamming company
