Disappointed with latest experience when Easy Breaks don't seem to want to know about a complaint acknowledged by the hotel. Shame as used them many times and have never had a problem.

Was quoted a price for our 58 the…
Was quoted a price for our 58 the wedding anniversary weekend in aberfoyal which we accepted and paid for 2 weeks before we were due to go, only to be telephoned night before to be told a mistake had been made so the price was DOUBLED, we had been quoted a single price, since I had informed them it was our anniversary, that would have been awkward!!!?

Watch out for the added insurance premium.
Quite easy to book, but they automatically add on not just a booking fee but also an insurance premium to allow for cancellation, which they do not specify that this is optional. It appears to be a compulsory added extra, which the customer has to figure out how to delete this option.
