Very quick response and helpful with picking the color. They also send a test with the package to make sure the color match for you before opening up the box so you can exchange with no hassle !

So easy and simple to look through and pick my matching colour and place the order. The hair itself is absolutely beautiful, thick and shiny would 100% recommend.

Always love the hair the only thing I dodnt agree is that it's fake hair shouldn't be 35-60 . Upto 25 at least is reasonable as sits fake and in 5 wears it starts getting hard

When hair came was different to colour on the website huge dark roots on the hair that wasnt shown said rooted but not dark brown at top

Dreadful returns policy. Absolute joke how much they charge to return an item. Clearly designed to put customers off of returning their crap items

The product quality is always excellent and delivery is on time. Unfortunately, I think the shipping costs to Italy are too high.
