To return items they make you pay shipping and custom fees. Or keep items and they offer refund amount of approximately 10% back on the total you paid. The shirts fit wayyyy too loose. Complete waste of money

Do not buy from this online store. The t-shirts are very low quality and badly cut. They are too wide. The sleeves are really large. And when you try to return them, they say you have to pay for the return shipping to China!

Omg ! Never again! I've ordered over 3 weeks ago and still don't even know where is my parcel! Completely disappeared! The track number does not even exist!

Unfortunately there are no negative stars....
Save yourself the stress and DONT SHOP HERE! Products are poor quality rip off's, the prints are fuzzy and different to what is advertised. Once you receive the shirts, they expect you to pay for return shipping even though they are falsely advertising products. Steer clear!

All the comments I read on this site with regards to Rotimia are comparable to the experience I have had with them. Products not matching the image of what i thought i bought, poor quality and materials and their lack of response to multiple emails and poor responses of compensation in order to not return the items but also the threat of them not making it through customs, send at own risk and threat of no refund if they don't receive the goods. The address looked bogus. Steer clear.

DO NOT under any circumstances buy from these parasites,The clothing is low quality & print is garbage they claim to ship from US but comes straight from China,I was unfortunate enough to purchase an extra shirt & they charged me twice for shipping In US dollars,I bought 4 very low quality shirts for my nephews birthday & for $200 Australian I could have bought the same thing at K Mart for $60,Absolutely disgusting.

Scam. Extremely low quality t-shirt material. Shrank about 20% on first cold water washing.

Contacted them, and they offered this:
“We are sorry that our products cannot satisfy you. If you want to return the goods, I need to explain to you that you have to pay the freight and possible customs duties. We have a suggestion, in order to avoid you paying expensive transportation and customs duties, we hope you keep these items, we are willing to compensate you $4. What do you think? We look forward to your reply.”

My reply:
“No, neither of those are acceptable options. This is clearly a case of an inferior product being provided. Looking back, I paid $26.89 for this product ($18.99 for the product and $7.90) for shipping. I absolutely will not accept $4 as compensation for an inferior product that I cannot use. I would like a full refund (including shipping). If this is not acceptable I will escalate the situation to PayPal as a fraud situation. Now that I’ve done a bit of research I can clearly see that this is not an isolated incident. I’m sure PayPal will agree with this also. Please advise.”

Their counter reply:

This is a scam company. The shirts DO NOT look anything like what they do on the website to the point where it just feels like fraud. The shirts are cheap and shapeless and basically I can't wear them. Making returns is a bizarre process where they try to discourage you multiple times by offering tiny amounts of money. When they do finally give you a returns address they warn you that it might not reach them and that there might be customs duties (on returns!!!) and I actually doubt that I will get any money back by following that process—I will only end up spending more money on postage. Stay right away from this company.

What a con. Ordered 7 weeks ago, wrote to them to see where my order was and got no reply. Finally escalated through PayPal, which forced a reply. No apology, just a message to say it would be passed to their logistics provider in the next week, then another week before I could see the tracking so I initiated a claim. When I used their website to contact them it all came up in Chinese….make what you want from that. Lesson learnt

I wished to return an item and they have completely failed to respond to my emails.

Tees delivered nowhere near the pictures you see. Cheapest base tees off the size very much, you look like a homeless in these. After complaining you get no answer. Let these scammers burn in hell!

Poor quality shirt for the price. The material is thin, the printing poor and the fit is terrible. They don't reply to my emails and from reading other reviews returning the items is not economically viable. I wish I had done more research before buying so learn from my mistake.....

Poor quality materials, t-shirts are boxy and not tapered as advertised on the site, sleeves are long and baggy, making you look like you are wearing a shirt that you got from your older brother..
On top of that, prints are of extremely low quality, resulting in a pixelated or blurry picture.

3 of the 4 shirts I ordered were "iron-ons" while the description was "screen printed"....Big difference! I never would have purchased a shirt with an iron-on graphic. Also, they say these shirts are slightly tapered, so I "sized up". I typically wear a Med T shirt, but I've had some high quality concert T's that were a more fitted, high quality that required me to wear a Large. So I purchased these as large, and no, they were big, heavy cotton, "boxy" fit. I do not want to keep these; trying to reach them by 2 emails unanswered after 3 business days!

Product does not resemble picture. If you contact them to return the products. They offer $5 on an order of $85. If you don’t accept they don’t answer any emails (I sent 6) any more.

This company is a bunch of charlatans trying to fool the consumer with high quality online photos. The website makes the printed images look very high quality. When I finally received the 6 shirts I ordered, I couldn’t believe how terrible the printed image and cotton they used for this shirt. I’ll never buy from this company again and I strongly discouraged you as well.

Products (t-shirt) are disgusting. Zero quality, Size are a joke... drawings are glued like I can do at home with my iron.

These are super low quality in material and printing. The pictures on the website are either photoshopped or a totally different quality shirt. The prints on the shirts received are not centered and the shirt material is poor quality.
I would not buy these again, not worth the $$ to ship them back for a refund

I bought a couple of short sleeves from Earthhikershop in a landscape pattern and I must say, they exceeded my expectations.
From the moment I placed my order, the communication with their team was quick and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure all my queries were answered and that I had a seamless shopping experience.
Although the waiting time was a bit long, the explanation they gave was that it would take some printing time. I didn't expect much, and the price was really cheap, but I really like this pattern. When the package arrived, I was delighted to find that the product was as described, if not better!
I would also like to commend their customer service. When I had a small problem with one of the products, I DMed them on Facebook. They responded quickly and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
For those who like prints, I think Earthhikershop can really try to buy, personally tested, trustworthy.
