I have been using Earn2Trade for a long time and recently noticed a major issue after the switch from Rithmic to Tradovate for NinjaTrader users.
With Earn2Trade evaluations, reaching the daily loss limit results in an immediate failure. Because of this, having the ability to set a hard loss limit is extremely important for risk management.
When I tried to enable a loss limit in Tradovate, I received the message: "Please contact your evaluation provider regarding access to this functionality."
However, when I contacted Earn2Trade support, I was told that they are unable to set these limits and that I should contact NinjaTrader support instead.
This creates a frustrating situation where Tradovate directs traders to Earn2Trade, while Earn2Trade directs traders to the platform. Meanwhile, traders remain exposed to accidentally violating the daily loss rule and failing their evaluations.
This is especially concerning during highly volatile market conditions, where a sudden move can cause losses to accumulate quickly. Since Earn2Trade immediately fails an evaluation once the daily loss limit is reached, not having access to a hard stop-loss feature puts traders at unnecessary risk.
I hope Earn2Trade addresses this issue and provides traders with proper risk-control tools similar to what was available previously.

I've been working with Earn2Trade for over four years now, and everything was fine, but today I'm very disappointed. I passed two evaluations simultaneously "tcp50k and Gaun50k", when they contacted me to switch to a live account, they told me they were going to deactivate one of the two accounts, leaving me with only one because I had violated a "copy trading" rule. I'm well aware of the company's rules and I know that copy trading is prohibited, so I was manually opening positions on both accounts because I thought they were referring to copy trading software. But actually, NO, they look at the time, the instrument and the direction. If the position is the same on both accounts, it's considered copy trading. These funded companies are good for practicing, but not for making profits, because they make you expect surprises at any moment. A rule violation can seem to come out of nowhere! What surprises me is that they allow up to three evaluation accounts, but it's forbidden to open positions simultaneously on different accounts! The solution is, once you're experienced, you should switch to a broker and work for yourself instead of losing money by buying evaluation accounts.

Very disappointing experience.
I had a 50K giveaway evaluation account that was active, not breached, and in profit. I encountered a dashboard synchronization issue and mistakenly believed that cancelling my subscription would reset or refresh the dashboard.
Instead, the cancellation permanently terminated my evaluation account and all of my progress.
I immediately contacted support, explained exactly what happened, and provided proof that the account was still active and in good standing. My case was escalated to management and reviewed, but I was ultimately told that the account could not be restored under any circumstances.
What is most frustrating is that I did not violate any trading rules, did not breach the account, and was not attempting to abuse the system. A simple mistake while trying to fix a dashboard issue resulted in losing an account that I had spent weeks working on.
While the support staff were polite, I am very disappointed that there is no recovery option, no exception process, and no flexibility for genuine accidental cancellations.
Traders should be extremely careful, because once a subscription is cancelled, your account and progress may be gone permanently

Do not trust Earn2Trade. This company uses deceptive marketing practices and live system misinformation to lure traders into buying accounts, and then completely refuses to take responsibility or issue refunds when their own system is proven wrong.
Here are the undeniable facts of how I was scammed by Earn2Trade:
* The Misinformation: Just days before purchasing my account, I explicitly asked their official platform support chatbot (Will) if Level 2 (DOM) market data for the CME bundle was included for free during the Gauntlet Mini evaluation phase. The system explicitly answered: "Yes - during the Gauntlet Mini™ evaluation, Level 2 market data for the CME bundle is included at no extra cost if your CME status is non-professional."
* The Purchase: Relying entirely on this official confirmation—since Level 2 DOM order flow is vital for my professional trading strategy—I purchased The Gauntlet Mini™ 50K account.
* Account Details:
- User Name: SUXROBJON
- Evaluation ID: sset18509gau50d31261
- Date of Payment: May 31, 2026
- Transaction Number: 52894851
- Amount Paid: $68.00 (Success via EARN2TRADE - BAHIA EDU, DUBAI)
* The Bait-and-Switch: Once I logged into my Finamark platform, my DOM window displayed a red warning error: "View is top of book only. Contact your data provider for full depth." Earn2Trade restricted my account to Level 1 data only.
* The Support Denial: I contacted live human support (Agent Ysmarlin) and provided clear screenshot evidence of their bot promising free Level 2 data just days prior. Ysmarlin directly admitted that the system gave me outdated/false information because their bot was not synchronized with recent changes. However, even after acknowledging their own platform's error, they REFUSED to manually enable Level 2 data and REFUSED to issue a full refund! Instead, they told me to pay an extra $54/month to get what they had promised was free. They even stated that this decision was fully reviewed and finalized by a manager.
This is a textbook example of a bait-and-switch scam under consumer protection laws. They promise a specific core feature to get your money, deliver a crippled product, and then trap you by using their "non-refundable billing policy" as an excuse for their own internal technical failures.
I am calling directly on Earn2Trade's leadership, CEO Ryan Masten and Co-Founder Csaba Frakas, to address this case of blatant consumer deception. I will be submitting these identical screenshots and proof to my financial institution to initiate a formal chargeback dispute for fraudulent practices.
Avoid Earn2Trade at all costs if you want honest service, reliable data, and a company that respects its own legal representations to customers!
