Absolute Garbage!!

Absolute Garbage!!

When we arrived we didn't have the best service at reception/office.

Getting told "sign paperwork and run to car" even though we were 10 minutes earlier than the agreed time.

We were also charged a £13 fee for the driver to enter Manchester Airport which we paid although we don't feel it was clear when booking or stated on any prices...

However that's just the start...in the paperwork it says to call once you retrieve your luggage and they will send a driver round immediately...so we got our luggage, called them and was told it would be 20 minutes...called after 25 minutes to then to be told another 15 minutes...after another 15 minutes we called them again to be told 10 more minutes! After 50 minutes the driver arrived and said "please wait" waited another 10 minutes, we asked why and was told that he must also collect other passengers, we explained that we'd now been waiting more than 1 hour and he said "OK ill ring boss and come back" his boss said he wasn't allowed to leave without the other passengers as it's a waste of fuel!!
So we waited another 10 minutes for the next set of passengers to join us (who were very nice people)
So after waiting over an hour we were eventually on the road to collect our car.

When we arrived at ""the car park"" the driver pulled up at the office collected our keys and then got back in the car...
To tell us "can both parties please keep clicking lock and unlock on your keys whilst we drive so we can see where the cars are"

I've used several park and rides and this is 100% the worst I have ever used...
Rude, unprofessional, unorganised and quite simply don't do what they promise.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!

I am actually still in shock!!

I am actually still in shock!!! The customer service was that bad I am actually thinking it would make a great sitcom. Drivers polite and friendly service diabolical to say the least I don’t even want to give a star but unfortunately no option to leave no stars. Where do I start
Car drop was a mud field with a shed to hand keys in all went well and car was waiting for us to take us to the airport when we entered the vehicle we was met with 2 other families waiting to be taken to the airport the mood was blue inside the car as the other passengers had been waiting for over a hour to be taken the airport, when we arrived driver got out and we was given our cases and he directed us to our terminals. one of the other passenger got extremely angry and shouted at the driver they only had 20 mins to make their flight, (we was fine as we arrived 3 hour before our departure).
We was advised to call driver when we landed at the airport for collection which we did and was told to call them back once we had retrieved our cases and they would send a driver 40 mins later bearing in mind it was 2.00am in the morning freezing cold and raining. We then called company back once we had our cases and proceed to go to pick up short stay point to be collected we waited well over a hour with our two young children in the cold and rain. Eventually the driver arrived with apologies we was then taken from terminal 1 to terminal 2 to collect two other families we was waiting well over a hour as the pick instructions are so unclear it’s a nightmare once we had both sets of passengers they also was extremely upset as they also had waited well over a hour for collection, we was then taken back to the mudfiled and the 3 families entered shed to collect car keys we was meet by a extremely angry and upset couple who advised us they had been waiting 1.5 hours on their own (shed was unmanned) to be taken to the airport, the driver was apologetic and then went to get our keys but could only find one set he explained that they had a new starter who has misplaced the keys and would be back in 5-10 minutes to give us our keys he then went outside to speak to his colleague and the conversation appeared to get heated although I can’t be sure as he was speaking in a foreign language while this was going one of our group got their car keys and made a comment about how poor the communication was and they left. The couple waiting to go the airport then walked outside the shed and demanded the driver put down the phone and take them the airport before they missed their flight. The driver then came into the shed and informed us he will be making the airport run and for the 2 other families to wait 5-10 mins for his colleague to arrive and give us our keys and off he went. We waited over a hour (may I add we arrived in Manchester at 2.15 am),while we was waiting we was meet by a man dropping his car off and going the airport he was angry no staff avalaible to take his keys he waited for 20 mins then called the driver to find out what was going on the driver advised him he would be 15mins the customer complained but waited and eventually called a taxi to take him the airport and left his keys with us the customer’s reluctantly as he had no other option otherwise we would of missed his flight, the other driver arrived over a hour later and brought another group of passengers with him from the airport and they was also extremely angry to say the least as they had waiting 1.30 mins to be collected it the took him a further 15mins to locate our keys, by this point we had had no sleep for 24 hours and we had to drive a hour to reach home. My complaint will be going to trading standards and the local ombudsman and anyone else I can complain 2 absolutely comical the whole lot it.
Honestly cannot believe this circus of a company

Very Unprofessional Organiastion :-)

Following our conversation this morning about my Audi A5 (DB11 YAS), I wanted to express my disappointment with the service provided by your organization.
Dropping off the car was straightforward, and the staff member noted on the report that there was no damage to the car, which I signed off on.
However, upon my return, I called as instructed when I picked up my last bag. I was told to go to the drop-off point and wait. After 30 minutes, I called again and was informed that the driver was on his way. It took another 45 minutes for him to arrive. When he did, he parked the car and immediately went to apologize to another customer in a dark SUV parked two cars away. I started loading my luggage into my car and waited for him to finish. He then wandered off, returned to ask if I had left my phone in the car, and then disappeared.
I didn't have the chance to speak to him about it
I was recommended to your service and had read positive reviews, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Additionally, I noticed that the alloy wheel on the passenger side was scuffed. I’ve attached images for your reference.
It seemed like the driver who handled my car was not fully attentive

The reply was that they didnt accept responsabilty Great just be aware dont use them

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
This company is the worst meet and greet parking. When we dropped off the car they were 1 HOUR LATE. Thank god I had booked extra hours just in case and the driver made me sign a waiver with our return date but never wrote down the time. Upon our return we phoned when we picked up the luggage and they told us to pay £15 fine because I had signed a waiver with the travel date, which was correct, but our flight time was at 22:00 on that date and we got to the UK the next day early in the morning which meant a different date. My booking confirmation had the correct date and time but the guy refused to even look at it. He refused to give us the car key (at some point he even left with the key and returned after 5 min) and started harassing us. I had a look inside the car and they HAD STOLEN OUR MONEY and other things I had in the car. I told them I'm calling the POLICE and they threw the key and run away.
And if this is not enough, the car was filthy. There was dirty shoe prints on the driver and passenger seats. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Bunch of liars and thieves!!!

Bunch of liars and thieves!!!! I left money for short stay car park so they could exit and was told that the change would be in my car upon my return. Low and behold there is no change in my car!!! Disgusting company, now avoiding calls and not responding to my emails. AVOID AT ALL costs. Turns out this company shouldn't even be trading as it was dissolved. Bunch of fraudsters!!!!

Never again, ones damaged twice shy!…

We used this company in February they were on time to pick up the my Mercedes on departure, and also just a few minutes wait on arrival home. HOWEVER, when we came to wash/polish the car and clean it inside, my wife discovered the car mats had grey gravel all over them, (we don’t have or park on or close to grey or indeed any colour gravel, but this was vacuumed out.
While polishing our beloved SLK, I discovered scrape marks on the off side rear wheel arch and rear skirt, and some small dings which were definitely not there when we left.
I would advise that you use a place where you park your car up, keep the keys and it’s under cover.
We will definitely not be using them again.

ZERO stars is what I want to say

ZERO stars is what I want to say. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were 20mins late to meet me on arriving at Manchester Airport, having phoned at the requested times, 30mins & then 5 minutes before getting to the airport. On the return journey, I called when out of the baggage reclaim. I waited 20minutes when they called to say they’d lost my car, I was told they were moving premises, please wait inside the terminal. After an hour, I was still waiting, I called to say I was frightened and what was happening, had the car been stolen. I got shouted abuse at and was hung up on. Eventually my car was delivered to me, only the next day (in daylight) did I notice a dent in the back door . I will NEVER use this company again…

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. It does not allow you to comment without adding a star - but they do not even get one star. We called at 3 am 30 mins before arrival as asked to do. We were told no one was available until 4pm. We told them it would be too late so they told us to drive to the west car park and call again and someone would collect our keys. When we tried to call back, they had blocked our telephone number. We panicked at 4 pm and drove back to the drop off point expecting someone to be there. No one was. After attempting to make 30 phone calls between the hours of 3 am and 4.15 am - we used a friends phone to call and they answered first time. They were rude and shouted at us. Eventually, my husband persuaded them to help as we were flying at 6.45 and were now running extremely late. They told us to drive back to the west car park and someone would come. They finally did and my husband got back to the terminal at 4.40 am after spending £38.00 in parking charges!. We really did not expect our vehicle to be there when we returned today. It was thank goodness - although again - struggled to get hold of them and they were late in getting the car back to us. I would not use this company ever again!. Rude, unreliable and couldn’t care less about any “customer Service”.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! CAR STOLEN!
If it was possible I would give them a 0!
My car was stolen from this company whilst we was on holiday. We waited over an hour at the airport with them telling me they will then get the car to me soon. I then received a phone call from the manager saying they couldn't find my car or the keys! After another hour of waiting with 2 young children at the airport they explained they could not find my car and told me to get a taxi home.
Later that day I rang them again and they said they had to report my car stolen and gave me a crime reference number.
Since then I have been unable to get hold of anyone via phone or email to get a claim started via their insurance which has been advised my my insurance. The number from the manager now seems to be blocked and is no longer working. This has been going on for several weeks and still have had no contact from the company!

Unacceptable customer service

Returned from a holiday and for the second time this year have used your valet parking service and been kept waiting for over an hour. I called the telephone number provided after clearing customs at 04.20AM. I provided my full name and the booking was acknowledged and we were told that the car would be with us in 20 minutes.
At 05.05AM after waiting 45 minutes I called to ask where our car was adding that we had already been waiting outside for 45 minutes. This took 3 calls just to get someone to answer the phone.
We were informed that this would be chased up and the guy on the phone would get back to us straight away. The phone call advising us what was happening never happened so once again at 05.22AM I had to make several calls to ask what was happening, eventually my call was answered and I was simply told it’s on it’s way. I asked what was happening and stated that we had already been waiting over an hour, also why weren’t we called back to let us know what was going on? At this simple question the guy on the phone, simply put the phone down. I made several attempts to call back to understand what was going on as we had been left uninformed, waiting outside for over an hour but none of my calls were answered.
Eventually around 05.30AM a driver brought our car round, when asked he simply said that he had brought the car within minutes.

INCOMPETENT! AVOID AVOID YOU END UP PAYING EXTRA

Avoid this company at all costs. If it was possible to give these guys zero I would. Never ever in all the years of travelling have I ever seen such high levels of incompetence and unprofessionalism. Upon booking I only received an email receipt. On the day of my travel I called the company to confirm that I would be in the airport terminal 3 as per booking. Then I was advised to call the driver; why wasn’t I told this the day of booking? I called the driver who told me to come to terminal 1 short stay which was a contrast to what I paid for.
I waited over 25 minutes for someone to pick up the car; the so called driver was very rude on the phone when I called stating that I’ll end up missing my flight he just hung up on me. I had to walk from terminal 1 short stay to terminal 3 departures with a baby. However the company website states that a driver will be waiting outside the terminal. Which was a lie. When I returned the driver never answered his phone. When he finally answered I asked if my car would be dropped of at terminal 3 in accordance with my booking. He told me no come back to terminal 1 short stay. I walked a long walk again with a baby in the rain getting lost. Found my car parked in a disabled parking bay. Waited over 30 mins for driver to give me keys; no one was answering my calls. When they finally answered I was advised that my keys are under the car. Had ti pay another 6£ to get out. All in all booking with this scam company ended up costing me way more. Stay away from these guys they’re so rude and nasty and abusive. Why advertise that a driver will be waiting outside YOUR DEPARTURE TERMINAL DOOR WHEN YOU KNOW THAT’s NOT THE CASE. THAT IS MISLEADING AND FALSE ADVERTISING.

Used this company many many times 20+…

Used this company many many times 20+ with no bother at all with a expensive car.
Never had to wait more than 10 minutes , this time was told they were running a little behind and expect driver to be with us in 20 mins and exact to there word the driver was with us in 20 mins very apologetic and polite with only 5 miles on the clock from dropping off .
Great value for money !

Slow arrival and departure and bad communication!

Booked this as wanted meet and greet for speedy departure and arrival at Manchester. After a rude comment on the phone about not being a service that uses answerphone messages (despite them having a voicemail on their phone), then waiting 20 minutes for somebody to meet us to take the car, I was already u happy. But on our arrival home, we had to wait 50 minutes for our car to be brought back to us!

If I could give 0 stars I would!

If I could give 0 stars I would!. I booked as it stated it was Manchester meet and great so stupidly thought it would be a reputable company.

I Retuned from holiday and the car was brought to me. While the man was signing some paper work I noticed the mark to the rear side of my car. I stated out loud “what is that? It wasn’t there before”. The man completely ignored it said bye and practically ran away.

I have emailed pictures of the damage to the company, while it was still sat where they had dropped it to me, I’ve had no reply. I have called the company many times and had no answer.

Having done research the company actually went into administration a while ago, 2019 I think it stated.

Do not book with these cowboys. I was one of the lucky ones as the damage is to the plastic and not the paint work. Other people haven’t been so lucky.

If you have booked already, I would recommend loosing your money and booking elsewhere rather than letting them take your car.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Please avoid this company at all costs.
Unbeknown to us our car was left in the care of EAP Parking whilst we went on holiday in September. We booked with A2Z Parking, avoid this company too, who subcontracted the booking to EAP. The car returned damaged , the back driver side has been in a collision with another car or a bollard causing damage to the car and the paint work . There is only an email address for you to contact them - 10 days later no response . Sent pictures of the damage to A2Z who just forwarded them to EAP. Tried 3 phone numbers , 1 disconnected, 1 no answer and the third is the driver who ferrys the cars around - when I explained what had happened he said - good luck with claiming for that !
The passenger seat is also filthy as though it has been repeatedly sat in by someone wearing dirty clothes .
Disgraceful and dishonest service by both companies .

No issues at all with this service

We used the service in September and were delighted. Asked to park on the short stay car park at Manchester, hence the £6 car park fee which applies to everyone and they picked up the car exactly when they said they would. On return, we phoned when we had collected our luggage and again, they were there with our car exactly when and where they said they would be. Wouldn't hesitate to use the service again.

Well what can I say paid 110 pound 2 weeks with these Thief’s! Dropped car in car park!! Bloke came took my keys I thought he was gonna move it! Landed back 2 weeks later, went to get out off car park, thought was anpr so barrier would lift up! Oh no told I had to pay 870.00 release fee! I said you’re joking I’ve paid! So staff came down and said it’s a scam, loads at it and been done! Said I’m not paying that! He then came back said 350.00 absolutely lowest he can do!! Police was then here BTP, so cops said he would have a word! Came back best price today is 200.00 I agreed the parking company eap as now blocked my number and landline just rings and rings!! Run by fraudsters, needs stopping hopefully this post ok writing will save you some hard earned cash!! Please book with Manchester airport direct! First time me gone cheap and it’s cost a lot more!!! Buy cheap buy twice!!

Scam! Avoid at all costs

Scam! Booked car park £70.75 rang company on arrival and said go to Manchester terminal 1 short stay and wait they would be 30 mins. After 40 we were worrying about being late for our flight ( luckily we set off in plenty of time). The number we originally spoke to was now dead and text messages were not going through. Went to Manchester meet and greet who were extremely helpful and informed us there is a lot of scam parking sites. Luckily we were able to park in their car park instead which help store our faith in humanity! Avoid this company at all costs. I am in the process of reporting them and hopefully getting a refund.
