Money not seen on my account

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Refund of AED 116.87 Not Received

Dear e& Money Support,

I am formally raising a complaint regarding a refund of AED 116.87 which I was notified had been successfully refunded to my e& money card on 7 March 2026. However, the amount has not been credited to my account until now.

Transaction Details:
• Amount: AED 116.87
• Merchant: TEMU.COM
• Date: 07 March 2026
• Transaction ID: 304356692

This delay is unacceptable, especially after receiving confirmation that the refund was successful. I request an immediate investigation and a clear explanation of where the funds were credited.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities in the UAE, as this involves missing funds from my account.

Please treat this as urgent and confirm:

1. Where the refund was sent
2. Why the funds are not reflected in my account
3. When I will receive my money

very disappointing service, very bad image for ETISALAT..had an inward and outward transactions from exactly 1 week ago, till now both did not come to my account and the outward did no come on the receivers account..the representative of the customer service is just telling lies and lies and just send an sms that my case was resolve, which is not...and now they are not picking up my calls and not responding to my chats

Poor refund process …

Why should a legal and financial institution give information and cannot keep to it?. You said refund is maximum 7 days but after providing all the refund details from the merchant still yet it is 23days no positive feedback. The customer service agents also are just what I don't under saying the same thing every time to the customer without thinking. It looks like a form of mind keep to delay the customer complaint.

OMG!!!

This is beyond pathetic service….

I transferred money to my mom 2 times and I had to wait for 3 days verification and they were asking me about my mom grandfathers grandfather name ?? Who would know???

Then I asked for refund - direct 5 days wait time… I transferred all I had to my mom she needed - she’s above 70 and she’s now waiting, money can’t be transferred can’t be refunded for 5 days…

Where do I stand now. Nowhere… 😭😭😭😭

I called myself donkey for using E& money to transfer yet again after 2 painful experiences….

Bad service

Bad service, bad communication bad customer service, they deduct money and reject the transaction on mall, after complaint now more than 1 month still they didn’t refund the amount.

I would cancel the card and don’t prefer anyone to activate this card

A Charged of 2aed for declined transaction

I have had several bank accounts but I’ve been charged for a declined transaction on my card as e&money does. I called customer cares and she confirmed that they do charge in case ur purchase gets declined due to insufficient balance. 2aed is the charge. Am so disappointed. I deleted the card from my Apple Pay. Will use it only as last resort.
