Stay away from this crooked company. It's taking more than a month to process a ph return and yet still not completed but finding all sorts of ridiculous execuses to delayed the return process by keep returning then collecting the phone back without given any reason by sending you mystery parcel repeatedly.
Never heard of a company will need more than a week just to reply an email/update or make a change but their excuses to delay the return. Every time I called in I will be given all sorts of incorrect information and execuses like couldn't find where about the ph is (even this return is their own collection). Very disappointed and will tell all my friends and families to stay away from this company at all costs.
Note: I provided my Order no: CLC-361145004 here (as not sure your reply don't have any reply function ???) and let's get this resolve within a week by 3rd Dec else I will never order anything from e2save ever again and will post further reviews until is resolved the right way.

Ordering the phone was easy and it arrived quickly without any problems, so no complaints there really, but getting in touch with them seems impossible, as they make it extremely hard to talk to them, no email, nothing!
I purchased an iPhone from them in January, and I got insurance with it but never received an email about my insurance with the terms or any confirmation at all, even though I get billed for it every month I see a "Curry's" charge on my bank.
After waiting on the phone for 20 minutes and being passed from one operator to the other I managed to talk to someone about it a couple of weeks ago, and they told me they would send me an email with the info about my insurance within the next 24 hours. More than 2 weeks have passed and I have received nothing. It's a pity because honestly the rest of the experience has been quite good, but not being able to get something this simple done.

I am currently with Three until November 21, 2024, so my contract has not yet begun. I wanted a change, so I looked at a deal online with a company called "e2save" that looked good, especially the automatic cashback of £65 without remembering the months you send your bill to receive it as advertised at the time. Furthermore, I then bought the contract online and received an email welcoming me from IDmobiles, which is a different company name. Today, I received another email with my order number, this time from a different company called "mobile.co.uk." In this email, they ask and state that "information update is required with my order ID: 136478480," before concluding, "Thank you for shopping with us.". Additionally, it states at the bottom of the email that "If you don't do this, your claim for the automatic cashback of £65 may be denied.". I attempted to follow the instructions, but each time it was unsuccessful because the page simply displayed "mobiles.co.uk." Page Error Apologies, there was an issue loading the page. Please try again later. This happens as well as when you try to change your password! I do not know, I am really confused, 3 different company names. There is nowhere on their sites or online a customer account service email, and the page not loading to update required information to get the £65 automatic cashback is a bit huh. I tried it with different browsers with no ad blocks, but still the same every time I tried it !!!!!!.

I didn't have pin when driver came to deliver. was taken back th3n logged as refused delivery. then trying to.reach out to various people to see what was happening. then trying to ensure direct debit from ud mobile wasn't going to happen as i hadn't received sim or phone. they couldn't help and told me until phone was returned they couldn't cancel. no one has contacted me to ask why I cancelled order altogether. e2save person just straight away said well u can cancel if you want. not try and keep the sale by going abov3 qne beyond to try ans resolve.
overall, v annoyed, disappointed, waisted time ans money as still out of pocket

Horrible experience! Do not use them. Had no phone service since swapping to them 1 week ago. Doesn't matter how many times you speak to customer services it's your problem. Do this, do that to your phone.
Switched back to previous supplier and this company won't release my phone number back to me!
Avoid, avoid.

I think I would have liked this phone if I ever received! Expected delivery was Sun 27 Oct, got a message from DPD about complications making delivery impossible on 27/10/24. Rescheduled delivery for Sat 2 Nov, to discover Friday that the parcel finally arrived at local DPD depot, and was returned to E2Save 23mins later!!! Without attempting 1 delivery. Contacted E2Save and was told it would take 3-5 days for answers on what happened!

The SIM card took longer to arrive, so Iwas left without a mobile phone for 24 hours when changing supplier. I allowed the suggested 5 days for the sim to arrive, but it took 6.
Now I have the SIM card but I repeatedly get an Emergency Calls only message, and I have to move to Airplane mode for a few minutes to get it going. This happened twice with EE, now it is once or twice a week.
