Possibly best to find out how much stock they have before placing your order if it's a big one
I ordered (and paid for) 8 100ml bottles of Dr Frost arctic edition Mango and Pineapple Ice, received an email with a "Royal Mail Tracked 24" tracking number for the order a couple of days later, so assumed that they had enough in stock to fulfill the order and I'd be receiving them by Tuesday.
I checked the tracking details, but it said that Royal Mail was still waiting for it, so I sent a reply email to ask what was happening.
Eventually I got a phone call in which I was told that they only had enough in stock for half of the order. 🙄
They sent the 4 bottles yesterday and I received them this morning, and the rest should be on the way fairly soon. 🤞
Yes the price was relatively inexpensive per bottle which softened the blow, but they really need to keep an eye on their stock levels to avoid situations such as this!
