SCAMMERS OFF SHIT!!!

Everything else works but e-mail responsing.

I ordered and paid. E-bug couldn't deliver. Only when I send an email, they responded that they couldn't deliver.

They didn't answer my questions what they would do about it, nor did they answer my question if I could do anything about it.

I paid over €300 and it seems lost......

Sorry i'm from Finland i'm not so good at Germany but your Shop is awesome.

Products were delivered on time, nothing was missing, very good service.

- I made my order on 22nd of May and the card was charged immediatly

- in the 23rd of May, I receive an e-mail stating that the card (my mother's) was not acceptable and that I had to pay by wire transfer.

- I could not pay by wire transfer and on the 24th of May I was told that the order was canceled and that I the card was to be refunded.

- this is 29th of May and, in spite of several requests, my order was still not canceled and, most importantly, still no refund.

- as of this moment, I'm considering this was in fact,a theft.

and never am not fraud! You speak this in the live chat e-bud.de


if you have proof this, please send me in my email.


and if you send my order shipping, never come here.. resend my order DPD courier.. or Call dpd.de to send me my order.
