Long refund process
Wish I had made an order with Darty or Boulanger instead. While it's easy to request a return, the process is much longer than other businesses. Its been 20 days since I returned my order and I'm still waiting for my refund.

lucky to meet a good online assistant
I would like to share my after-sales service experience and provide some suggestions for improvement.
In the initial phase, I encountered some communication difficulties while using the online assistant because it wasn't consistently available, making the early communication somewhat challenging. I had to reconnect multiple times due to frequent disconnections. Fortunately, I later came across an outstanding customer service representative. With their prompt processing speed and efficient communication, they successfully helped me resolve the issue and replaced my device.
My impression of the communication with this customer service representative in the later stages is profound, as the processing speed, including the delivery, was exceptionally fast, providing me with a high level of satisfaction. Based on this excellent experience, I am willing to give a five-star rating.
However, I hope that in the future, there can be consideration for providing a traditional email channel for after-sales communication. This would allow customers to have more flexible options in after-sales services, contributing to increased accessibility and convenience.
