I wanted to take a moment to provide some positive feedback following the plumber’s visit this morning.

Adam carried out the work in a very professional manner. The job was completed as expected, the area was left very tidy, overall approach on site was excellent.

Our Immersion heater stopped working and I booked with Dynorod through British Gas. I got a call within an hour to say an engineer was on the way. Ryan was very friendly and professional. He explained the checks he did and the fault he found and provided a quote and made it clear that there was no obligation to go ahead. It was a very reasonable quote. He fixed the issue and then explained the work that had been done and how to proceed whilst the tank refilled. Ryan was very knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to use Dynorod again

Got a call shortly after booking to say they had an engineer available to attend within the hour, very reasonable quote to fix a failing flapper valve in toilet. Steven completed the work immediately, in fact upgraded the siphon and flush mechanism too, and I was informed that the new parts would make a future replacement much easier if it were ever needed. All fixed and left the WC tidy within 3 hrs of my initial call, cannot fault the service, speed, or price. Dyno will be my first call if I need any plumbing jobs in future.

The Enginner I had out, Rodney, was so thorough in his investigations. He was looking for a potential underground leak, and left no stone unturned. He reran tests more than once, and made sure I understood what he was doing the whole way through. I felt reassured by the end of the day that he was 100% confident in his findings. Would def use again

The plumbers had to make 5 visits to get the shower working. Next time I’m going to find an experienced plumber on the basis of personal recommendation and experience!

We had to have a call out on a bank holiday. The engineer solved the problem with the water tank and water pressure very quickly and checked all bathrooms before he left to make sure all were working. Very friendly and efficient service and would defnitely use again. Thank you.

Outstanding job replacing kitchen tap and bathroom taps & shower. Work was carried out very carefully and overshoes worn at all times which is a brilliant idea to protect carpets in the wet. We had an outstanding experience using Dyno from quote through to completion of the job and will definitely use them again as their work is far superior to other plumbing jobs we have had done, they made sure every tap is fitted perfectly central, water tight and with new isolators where needed etc. they even took away the old taps, rubbish and packaging leaving it very clean and tidy.

Found the problem and got it repaired very efficiently. Very quick in responding and Adam was very helpful. Saved us from what could have been a very expensive and messy situation.
