Friendly and professional service
Kemar visited us to drain down and rebalance the system. He was very friendly and professional and knew his stuff, he fully explained everything and pointed out all the issues he couldn’t resolve with a full explanation rather than just ignoring them and made helpful suggestions as to how we could sort them out. Very good service.

Alex came promptly had good communication and completed the job and kept us informed on everything he was carrying out. He fixed the job and ordered a new part to be installed next week. He was very informative, polite and respectful of our property.
