Appointment was booked for between 8am & 1pm. Engineer didn’t arrive until after 3.30pm for which I had to make 3 phone calls to find out where he was. I have no issue with being late, I fully understand jobs run over, however a courtesy call to let me know what was happening would have saved a lot of frustration and a waste of a day. Engineer (Anthony) arrived to fit a new tap. Was advised I could pay extra to have a different tap fitted instead of the standard one and was shown the options. I was going to choose a different one until I was told it would then have to be ordered and a new appointment booked to come back and fit it. Having already lost one day, I didn’t have time to go through it again. Again, had someone contacted me in advance and advise that different options were available, I would have quite happily chosen and paid in advance. When I declined the offer, I then had to wait while the engineer went to the local screw fix to buy a standard tap. More time added to an already very late appointment. Anthony was very good and no complaints about his service. Just frustrating that no one could make a 30 second call to let me know the engineer was running late.

Polite and knowledgeable engineer who came to carry out the job

I was happy from the start. I was given a phone call to say what time Dyno- Rod would be with me. He arrived at the said time. He managed to do a get done 2 challenging job.

Dyno was very easy to get through to & easy to deal with. Appointment was made very quickly. Kishmar called on 2 separate occasions. Each time making sure the problem would be fixed on the day (which they were). He is so helpful, kind & professional & a lovely young man. A superb plumber. A credit to your company. Michael came to fit a new megaflow water tank. He was extremely meticulous and clean, ensuring sheets were put all the way through the house. He was very professional and informed what the process for the job would be. We were really impressed with the high level of workmanship.

First of all getting an engineer appointment was easy and quick. Our engineer Kishmar arrived having first called to advise he was on route.
