Excellent service. I had had another company in earlier in the day who charged me just to tell me they couldn’t unblock and suspected a collapsed drain. I sent them away as not prepared to pay their extortionate costs. Dyno-Rod sorted the fat ball blockage out in no time, very reasonable cost, lovely guy. I’ll never use anyone but Dyno-Rod in future

They don’t confirm anything, don’t give a time slot, then don’t come at all with the typical excuses of ‘we tried calling you!’ (no I would have noticed) and ‘due to emergencies’ (or just very poor planning).

Second time I have used Dyno- Rod and was confident that they would sort the problem and they did. Very thorough,friendly and professional. Very pleased.

Booking through the on-line national phone mumber was easy, just took a few minutes to discuss my drainage issues and had a competitive quote and slot booked in a matter of minutes! Got a call on the morning of the appointment to verify booking slot and confirm the price. Engineer showed up on time, spent just under an hour working through the problem and then finished, with a full explanation of what was and demonstrated that the issue was solved. The service provided by Dyno-Rod was very good and efficient. also the engineer George was very good explaining the issue and then resolving the problem, whilst taking great care.

George did an excellent job. Contacted in advance to provide his ETA and fully explained the process and what was involved.

We suffered a blockage in our drainage system right from our kitchen, past the downstairs toilet going on to the front of the house. Half way down the drainage system, the kitchen drainage from our neighbour also joins our drain. Our neighbours have bbq’s almost every week. GEORGE CARRIED OUT A MOST THOROUGH JOB TO UNBLOCK THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM WHICH WAS BLOCKED BY BBQ FAT. He had limited access to the spot where the blockage had occurred. Still, he worked hard and pulled out the offending blocks of solid fat. A job done excellently. Full marks.

I had to wait for almost 5 days for an available booking. On the day of the booking I was only given a time slot of 8 am to 6 pm so I took the day off to work from home and waited. When I eventually called at lunchtime to ask if they knew what time the engineer would arrive I was told that he was too busy and couldn’t come at all that day. We rebooked it for the first job of the following day ‘guaranteed’ before 10 am. When I called at 9 am to ask what time he would arrive, I was told he was doing another job and he would be there shortly. When I called again at 11:30 am to ask what time he would arrive I was told he was ‘round the corner’ and would be with me in five minutes. He eventually arrived at 1:30 pm. He was a lovely guy and fixed the blockage, but the service from the DynoRod was appalling.I will definitely not be using them again.

Excellent service. Engineer who came was very efficient and solved the problem very quickly. He was very polite and courteous. I definitely recommend them.

It was easy to book the appointment on the website.
The worker phoned 20 min beforehand, to check on the details of the problem and confirm when he was going to arrive.
The worker (Isaac) communicated clearly about what he was doing, when he needed me to flush the toilet, etc. And was very pleasant to deal with.

I was given a date for the appointment and that morning received a call with an estimate time of arrival. The chap was fast, efficient and helpful. He left everything clean and tidy, and the bill was exactly as the website said. The visit couldn’t have been bettered.

Darren who took my call was very empathetic and made me feel that my drain would be un blocked today.
Ryan Cater came about 2 pm a charming young man who said he knew the probable cause. He fixed the drain quickly and he was very polite helpful and happy

Qais Mohammad did a brilliant job, making sure he cleared a blocked drain effectively and rapidly. He also sent a camera up and down the pipe to make sure everything was flowing well. I would 100% recommend him to anyone who’s frustrated with other plumbers not doing the job fully, and appreciates great customer service.

Very professional company, the communication is excellent right from the booking, text to inform you when Engineer is attending and the Engineer also called to say when he will be arriving.
Ricardo arrived on time, he was very professional, he answered any questions that was asked. He worked very fast. He did a clean and excellent job.

The gentleman that attended the property was knowledgeable and said there is a problem with the drainage system but im afraid the landlord chose to ignore him and get a plumber instead to unblock it.The problem is still there!!!

Isaac got sent out to help us with our issue in our house was very nice and efficient and knows the job. Hope if I have any other issues Isaac gets sent out to me.
