The process from booking was excellent. Very helpful and friendly phone call to book appointment. Very clear information given. Five stars. Excellent. Dan rang ahead to say he was on his way. He was extremely respectful in my elderly mother’s house. He was very professional and assessed the problem quickly. Very helpful and found the way to resolve our problem. Knowledgeable and courteous. You would be happy for Dan to work in your home. Five stars to Dan and to Dyno Rod. Excellent!

Amazing service. They came with all the sophisticated equipment needed and solved the problem for a reasonable price. They communicated well and explained me precisely what the problem was and what probably caused it. Highly recommended!

Danny rang before coming to my mom's house, got straight to work and explained what he planned to do to clear the blocked foul pipes which were pretty well blocked up. Danny did a great job and was very thorough through out the job, thanks Danny job well done.

Danny was friendly and very experienced. He worked hard to clear the blockage and was able to eventually clear the drain. After having lots of quotes where companies charge per half hour for labour and another cost per half hour for rodding and jetting, with no indication of how long it will take, it was a breath of fresh air (literally) to have a company quote a fixed price for the work, no matter how long it took or what methods they had to use. I would highly recommend Dyno-Rod for any drain issues.

Really pleased! Both the office and Martin were friendly and booked me in prompty. Martin was knowledgable and seemed genuinely passionate about his work - answering all my questions and leaving me reassured. Will definitely use them again if need be.

Arrived within 30 mins of the call being made. Promptly diagnosed then fixed the fault, as well as future proofing. Seamless.

2 weeks after moving into our new home the toilet blocked. I'm reasonably DIY savy and have my own drain rods but could not clear it. Dyno-rod arranged for a call out the following morning. Cliff who came out was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. It took him a while but eventually he cleared it. I feel he went the extra mile. Very impressed with him.

I was offered a same day appointment, but opted for the next morning. An early phone call to give me the arrival time. A prompt, efficient and very personable young man carried out an inspection and found the problem to be off my property but affecting two others. Wessex Water contacted and came out straight away, so impressive service all round.

Great experience today with Dan from Dyno-Rod Cheltenham. Gave good advice, explained how my drains worked, and was able to clear a blocked drain on the spot.
