I would not recommend this company. We had to fight to get the work that was agreed on completed. The office staff were very polite, which cannot be said for the manager or head plumber.

Phoned Dyno Friday re a drain smell issue, booked an appointment for Tuesday, would have been Monday but bank holiday, Daniel arrived and after a chat about the issue proceeded to eliminate a few possibilities, then found the problem and dealt with it very professionally. Would definitely use Dyno again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Had a blocked drain at the back of property. Booked a call out online at 10.30am and problem was cleared by 16:00. Lewis was very professional and friendly. Clear concise quote with no hidden charges.

Another great experience. Today was the repair work. I was contacted to confirm they were coming today. I was texted to say the workmen were on there way. Booked an appt through our British Gas Homecare-little bit of confusion with our engineer regarding the appt-not his fault at all. A quick phone call & all was sorted & we had an engineer come out at the end of her shift & sort out our problem-many thanks Liberty-you were professional, polite & a lovely person. The engineer, Lewis Millward, arrived very promptly. Our outside drain was heavily blocked , but he patiently worked away at the problem and fixed it . He then cleaned up the drive and paving. Lewis is not only efficient but very personable and is a credit to Dynarod

Excellent service, booked appointment on Sunday afternoon and they arrived before 10am Monday morning. Tricky blockage that took two engineers a few hours to complete. Both gentlemen were very professional, kept me updated throughout and left the area clean and sanitised.

We had a shared sewage pipe with our neighbour that was completely blocked. The first Dyno operator who came out tried very hard but couldn’t fix the issue, so he arranged for a colleague to come the following day. There was no charge for this visit. The next visit resolved the issue. The man was very open that we could have the work done for free by our local water company, but we went ahead for a quicker result. He left us with a detailed report for the local water company for the follow up work. The company was excellent at keeping us informed of arrival times, and we felt the fee charged was reasonable.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Blocked drain on my drive reported Wednesday evening at 5.30 pm, cleared by Thursday morning at 10.30 am. Lewis was extremely professional throughout and cleaned my drive before leaving. Fair price charged for very prompt service. Would highly recommend. Communication was excellent and very transparent pricing.

I had a bit of a weird one, the toilet had decided to sort itself out by the time they arrived but of course I didnt know! The gentleman who attended was polite and understood the situation. I was not charged anything which really meant a lot as funds are super tight. I appreciate that they have been reputable and didn't try to make work where there was none. Thank you Dyno Rod.

I am very pleased with the service from Dyno-Rod. The Engineer Ian was very helpful & knowledgeable and found the cause of the blockage of the drain and was able to unblock it fairly quickly & everything is now working properly. The charge was fair enough as it took out the guess work out of calling out someone local. I received a call from Dyno-Rod & then Ian to say he was on the way which was also reassuring.

Engineer today was fantastic real credit to the company .

Arrived within the hour and the job was completed with no nasty surprises or hidden cost.
Yes you pay £198 for the call out fee but it was totally worth it to have an unblocked toilet.

First class service, very persistent with a difficult job.

Very pleased with the service we received. Thought we 'only' had a partially blocked drain but turned out to be a collapsed drain in a hard-to-access place. The weather was boiling but Ian (who was fantastic) persevered over two long days and dealt with our problem with professionalism, skill and good humour. Thank you very much to Ian !

Sam went above and beyond to clear a seemingly impossible blockage. Always smiling and nothing was too much trouble. Amazing service from start to finish - just brilliant and I will never use another drain company again.
