I had a puncture on my Mercedes CLA 45s AMG and the team recovered the car from Kingston upon Thames without any hassle. They also completed a full service quickly and professionally. From the moment I rang them to picking up the car I was blown away with their excellent customer service. The manager explained the fault really clearly and precisely and kept me informed throughout the process. He phoned me when he said he would and the fault was dealt with brilliantly. I don't know where to start. These people are lovely fast and efficient. They go out of their way to assist and help. I had some repairs done for my MOT. They did them for a fraction of the cost of the quote from my dealership. My mind is still boggling. Not only that, they took the car in today and it was all done in a few hours. Astonishing customer service,dropped my car off for a timing belt replacement, gave me a quote and got it fixed so Quickly i was amazed! Other Garages told me 2/3 days and these guys treated me as a Priority, 5 stars from me.
I had just recently passed my driving test and had a very pleasant experience with this garage. I heard an awful noise coming from somewhere in my car and it was diagnosed within an hour and fixed within the day. I have now found my garage for good :)
I bought my M5 Competition in for some exhaust work and the guys at the garage managed to carry out the work to a fantastic standard in very quick timing. Furthermore, very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend to be honest.
