Gorgeous jewellery and amazing quality

Bracelets are beautiful. Arrived super fast and the packaging is fab!

The bar chain is lovely it’s a gift for my daughter. Unfortunately she would prefer a shorter chain. I emailed Dylan oaks to see if possible to shorten but I have not heard back. Packaging was lovely

I ordered a personalisted necklace, only to immediately realise i'd ordered it on the front and back, not the top and front. Immediately emailed customer service. Attempted to use their online hold and edit order function, but it kept saying no order found, come back in 5 minutes. 5 days later it still says this. Then had a dispatch email, with the engraving not how we wanted it. Item has arrived, and its damaged anyway! AVOID.

Recently went into the Belfast store and I want to give a huge shout out to the 3 girls working there the day we were in - Martha, Sophie & Katie. They were the nicest bunch of girls, so professional, so helpful, so friendly. Nothing was a bother to them. Absolutely loved our time in the store and picked up some gorgeous pieces. Thank you girls for a lovely experience x

Got stud earrings . Only had them in a few hours and my ears started to swell burn and itch. Definitely not worth the price. I've wore cheaper from penneys and they never done that to me.

I had an issue with my online order emailed customer service, got a reply from Caitlin that was untrue sent screenshots etc was ignored, asked to cancel the order so I could reorder, was ignored , then got a dispatch email. Terrible customer service I would not buy from them again ! Take your business elsewhere to a company that actually has a phone number for customer service

Caitlin in the customer service team was fantastic, the responses were timely and my issue resolved in a day. Top class customer service

Fab products but an issue arose with my necklace and as soon as i got in contact with customer service it was resolved so quickly. I can’t recommend this brand enough and will definitely be buying from them again.

The staff in Liffey Valley today went above and beyond to help me pick the perfeft presents for my girlfriend for valentines day. Ruth was exceptionally helpful to me and made the overall experience 10/10.

I recently ordered a gold engraved tennis necklace from Dylan Oaks for my mother-in-law, and it was a massive hit! The quality of the jewelry is exceptional—the gold finish is beautiful and the custom engraving added such a special, personal touch.
