I have had very good experience with…

I have had very good experience with Dvor. However, it and Optics Planet need to improve the software link from once they recognize an order to uploading the tracking data when the item is shipped. Frequently there is no tracking link provided. I have had to call Dvor and get the tracking number.

Fast to ship

Fast to ship, emails when ready and shipping...
I like the feature that shows when the item will be shipped so I don't get caught off guard.
I like the daily deals, just need more of the good stuff...
And when you do a warehouse cleaning, do it! Deop your stuff a couple of bucks to offset the tax!

I had been looking for premium 6.5…

I had been looking for premium 6.5 Grendel ammo and finally was able to find some in stock through Dvor.com. Shipping cost was minimal, and UPS delivered it to my door in about 7 days. I received all items ordered in good condition. I haven't been able to take it to the range yet, but the 123gr Sierra bullets should perform admirably.

Missing item

Items took a month or so to ship. I finally received my order, well…2/3rds of it. They never shipped third item. After contacting customer service and replying to their email, haven’t heard back. Will not be ordering from them again.

We were able to review your order and see that you have been in communication with our Customer Care team. After we were notified that 1 item was not received, we immediately opened an internal investigation, which included reviewing CCTV video footage from our warehouse packing station. This footage shows that all 3 items were correctly packed together and shipped out in the same package.

While we cannot determine where the issue may have occurred, we have re-shipped that item to you.

Great advertised goods but I can't…

Great advertised goods but I can't review the item because after 6 weeks its still not here. They keep moving out the delivery date. If you need something don't get it from Dvor. If you want the item and don't care if it will take a month or three to get there then order. Ordering from there partner companies is a mush better bet. I doubt if these partner companies will stay a partner company much longer. Are they using our money to keep there operation going? I think there is a legal term for that...

Cystomer Service is .....where?

I purchased some clothes in the early spring (April). It is now fall in Alaska (August).1 item is being held up. I keep writing to ask about status and the responses seem outlined and repetitive. There isn't any follow thru. There isn't any communication. I am questioning the need to use Dvor and if your order is lost in the dark web, never to be found!

sketchy delivery times

Dvor has nice products, but often times their delivery time is really extended. If you purchase something from them for a trip or event in which you need the product quickly, you should enquire about the delivery time. Otherwise you might be in trouble.

Dvor is a clearance outlet with some good deals

Dvor is sort of a clearance outlet, so the products offered vary regularly and it's a bit of a grab-bag; but if you are patient and check through regularly, you can get some good deals. Sometimes an obscure item comes up that is just what you were looking for - whether you knew it or not.

Sig Sauer Pro Red Dot Site

I been waiting to purchase the Sig Sauer pro 3 MOA red dot site for my sig I was just waiting for the right price. Since I have a membership with DVOR they advertised for a great price that I couldn’t pass up and I’m glad I purchased it because I love the way it looks on my Sig and the way it performs. It was legit, very affordable, and fast shipping.
