Good sell prices and products. Very slow shipping

All orders I have placed with Dvor have been extremely slow being shipped or the used shipper is extremely slow. Even when stated the item would ship in 1-2 days, it inevitably would be a week or more. The products are always as advertised and sell items are a good value. I recommend Dvor if you aren't in a hurry to receive the ordered product. As of this writing, I still haven't received the shipment even though I've been asked to review the product and service.

Extremely delayed shipping, but good customer service

They are normally pretty good about meeting the predicted shipment dates. This time, they missed some of them by a long shot. Because of this, it would've been a 2 star rating. However, after calling and speaking with a rep, they did send out the portion of the order that they had on hand, not charging any additional for the two separate shipments. That earned them a star back. I just wish that it hadn't required a call from me to kick off that process when items were already a month late from their predicted shipment date because they were waiting for the last item on the order to come back in stock.

Dvor is one of the fist pages I go to

Dvor has a constant inventory of items I use regularly and great prices on top-of-the-line equipment and clothing. Their site never disappoints me, when I am looking for tactical, hunting or camping equipment they are my fist site I check.

Not for sure what order this was for

Not for sure what order this was for, but I have to many orders that are sitting in ordered status that haven’t shipped and others keep having the expected ship date being push out. Multiple order going back into December haven’t been shipped. I don’t know if I can recommend DVOR or Optics planet to friends and family anymore due to these issues.

Great Site

This site is terrific. The quality of the products, along with the discounted prices, is really impressive. The inventory changes, and there are always new deals. There is a bit of a wait for shipping, on occasion. The customer service has been great, on orders and returns. I definitely recommend this site for the outdoor enthusiast.

Multiple year user of Dvor, honest review

I have been using Dvor for a few years now. I’ve purchased a few items over that course of time and have had great service but I believe a breakdown of a few pros and cons is the best way to go about this:

Pros:
1. The constant shuffle of sales each morning is great. It’s exciting and they always have a wide range of products so if you’re looking for something specific or just paroozing through the items there’s always something new.
2. They have value brands and high end brands included in their sales.
3. Majority of items often come back within the app a few times a year so if you miss a sale, you can notify yourself when an item comes back.
4. Customer service is very responsive and professional when needed.

Cons:
1. The few day/week run sales push higher pressure decision making. I’m a responsible shopper and don’t impulse buy often but for someone with the retail therapy addiction this method is moth to a flame type situation.
2. In reference to #1 - Some sale items are listed at a phenomenal price and some are barely discounted at all. Their prices often refer to “MSRP” cost which often shows a much deeper discount than what is actually real when comparing to other online retailers. I often “price check” Dvor before purchasing. If an item is discounted appropriately I’ll grab it from Dvor, if it can be found at a similar price elsewhere, I often hold off.
3. Some items have shipped very quickly (day or two after purchase) and some have not. A recent purchase I made began with a ship date of about 4 weeks after purchase, however, after purchase it notifications began and the ship date consistently pushed out a few days every other day or so. After about a week of this, it was pushed out a total of 4 weeks from the original ship date (total of 8 weeks) I reached out to customer service and they assured me this date was more accurate. We’ll see how this develops further.
3. The best sales they offer are often with additional credit for further dvor purchases but you need to be committed to purchasing them. With other competitors often running deeper sales, I’m often hesitant with this method because of my example above. With companies like Amazon offering Holosun and various other products in the space, it’s become extremely competitive. With their prime card I get 5% back on all purchases, free fee day shipping and unquestioned returns and refunds. It’s hard to compete with that. Dvor should look at the overall competitive market to validate their competitive pricing instead of just listing “35% off of MSRP!”

- side note: Dvor is often at the mercy of their suppliers and they are communicating to us, in real time, the feedback and delivery expectations they receive. My advice for them moving forward would be to push better sales numbers on certain items they currently don’t discount as deeply and hedge their suppliers information a little bit better so that they do not push out ship dates. This only aggregates their customers and no one has ever complained about receiving a product early. Under promise and over deliver, always. People don’t mind waiting if they know what they’re signing up for and have better set expectations.

Overall, if they make these recommended changes, I would shift my review to 5 stars. I have enjoyed me experience thus far with Dvor and will continue to look at the app everyday but I also will price check them and validate my purchase before buying as well.

Act Fast

Waited too long when an item was for sale on Dvor so I hit notify me when it returns and they did. So I bought 2 since they were 50% off normal price. Even from the manufacturers website. They are not always the lowest price but when they are, act fast and get it. Just wish they had more “free shipping” days.

Fraud

Your company has tried to charge my credit card over $ 6,200.00 dollars U.S. without my consent and without my authorization. My credit card company advised me of this fraudulent charge by your company. I have never done any kind of business with this Company. I hope for your sake that you take the appropriate steps to ensure that this type of fraud never occurs again.
I am deeply disappointed in a company like yours that has attempted to fraudulently cause me harm and anxiety. FYI I am a Honorably discharged veteran and a veteran who has PTSD because of my service to God and Country. The sad part of all this is you have created such a dangerous environment for me as a veteran with this type of mindset that I am deeply disturbed and depressed coupled with anxiety that it is truly disappointing. I pray that your company does the proper action to ensure that this type of behavior is not tolerated.

Bleeding Highway Robbery

My advice is to stay away from this website. Everything is way overpriced and not that terrific. They charged me $4 for a cheap plastic spork with a plastic knife at the end of the handle, something you would expect to find in a Dollar Store. The only reason I purchased it was because they gave me a $5 gift coupon and free shipping so it was a chance to get something for nothing( which is about what I think it is worth). Seriously, I would tell all my fellow shoppers they are much better off with eBay, Amazon, or Walmart than shopping here. If you want to win us back you have to you have to stop price gouging, and DON'T EVEN THINK OF DENYING IT, you have a better chance of convincing me OJ Simpson was innocent. To all my fellow shoppers, I really do NOT care if you find this review helpful or the useless rantings of a disgruntled shopper, this is how I truly feel and I swear under penalty of perjury nobody is putting me up to say anything.
