Moldy roots that died!
Horrible customer service! Moldy roots that plants all died within a very short time. Had my money for over a year before I received my order. Would recommend folks finding a different company to order from.

Horrible customer service! Moldy roots that plants all died within a very short time. Had my money for over a year before I received my order. Would recommend folks finding a different company to order from.
I placed an order on March 4th and was told That they would be able to ship earlier than My zone recommends. I never received a confirmation email. I advised them that I have a greenhouse to care for plants earlier in the season. My credit card was charged when I placed an order totaling $242. Forward to April 6th.... I contacted Dutch Gardens and asked when I could expect my plant delivery. I was now told they do not ship early. I said I wanted to cancel my order.
I was informed they will only cancel through an email request. I explained my concern with sending an email since previous emails had gone unanswered. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that one would NOT get back to me. I was told that someone named “Grace Avery” was the office call center manager and when I googled the name along with “dutch gardens” I was surprised to see results indicating this catalog was a scam. I am now contacting my credit card company and disputing charges. I will also send an email as instructed to cancel order.
Sadly, I can't say anything good about Dutch Gardens. My order of bulbs arrived either moldy or cut in half and the perennials arrived in November, far too late to be planted in northern New England. I had asked to cancel my order in October despite the difficulty in reaching the company by mail or phone but they ignored that request and refused to refund my money. By reviews on other sites, many other people had the same horrible "service". Buyer beware.
