Problems returning an item
This is the worse experience I have had so far purchasing an item online. I had to return a cell phone to Dustin for repair and the experience has ensured that I will no longer order from them. The DMA label took 2 weeks to arrive at my address, then there was no notification when they received the item, and time of 2 to 4 weeks to return he item to me. Overall I will be without a cell phone for 6 weeks. This is unacceptable, I even requested to pay to expedite bot the repair and return shipping and they do not have such a service. Unfortunate really, they lost a customer.

You contacted our support Sunday, December 15th, 2013. We immediately shipped a packing slip by mail. Unfortunately this never arrived within 1-2 days, as planned.
Your reclamation has been received and the item sent to Nokia’s servicepartner for repair. The ETA on the repair is a week or two.

A-v Cables offer shipping for 35 DKK and it is faster than yours. Only one day at A-v Cables. 2 days from DustinHome. Improve shipping and make it cheaper.
