Paid for Netflix, got a useless generic code. No help, no refund. Total ripoff.

Purchased RP for the Turkish server. The code was not for the correct server. Tried redeeming it in-game, on the website, on EUW server just to check. None of those regions. Support guy claims the code is fine, I keep sending screenshots that it does not fucntion. Used them before without many issues. Not helping over such a mistake shows they are not trust worthy.

Bought 2000 gems for Brawlstars, when I entered code I got 2000 coins, not what we paid for, got onto Durmaplay for help and they kept saying we got the gems, we didn't, then he turned nasty on Whatsapp when I said he had scammed me, they have been reported for fraud, my son still doesn't have his 2000 gems that they charged us for, I asked what the gems were used for if we got them and he said 'how am I supposed to know?' Surely they can access your game? So no proof that we got the gems

I topped up my account some years ago and had a balance of about 1600 turkish lira on my balance.
Returned in 2022 to spend my remaining balance to purchase google gift cards. My order came through and they sent me google gift card code that read GGAY1 and thats it. This is obviously not a gift card code so i reach out to their support that requests information about my balance topup i made about 2 or 3 years ago. They wouldnt furnish me with the requisite details to find the exact information they requested and additionally locked me out of my account. I have screenshots of our conversation and all. They simply did not want to deliver so used fraudulent means to deprive me of my balance. For your own good please please stay away from this fraudulent website. i am launching a fraud complaint with the UNHCR to get these people to get them looked into. Just check their numerous bad reviews on this website so you know what you are dealing with.

I made several purchases on Durmaplay. I have bought many gift cards. Then one day I topped up my balance using Bitpay with Btc currency. 500 Lt (60 $).

Nothing has ever come to me. The balance was reloaded but they took my money. I have contacted support, many many times. First they took their time saying they were waiting for the 6 blockchain confirmations. Then after 10 days they no longer replied. I also contacted Bitpay and they replied that the transaction was completed.
After almost a month and many and many emails still nothing. $ 60 given to these scammers!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I was regular customer of durmaplay. Everything was good untill one day i bought a 100tl netflix gift card. I received the card immediately as always but the card was invalid. I report this on durmaplay but no reply. Also i report this on netflix helpline they said card is invalid or not active by the seller.
I try to contact them by facebook , instagram , twitter but no response. It is now more than 50 days still no response.
If they are legit they can reply at least.finally they reply me and give me a new card. Thanks.

I was a little uneasy at first (esp. after reading the reviews down under) but everything worked perfectly fine. I purchased a Netflix gift card and got my code by email a few minutes later. The code is OK, it works perfectly!
I'm not sure why the shop (?) was calling me after that tho.
