Lucy was really good, found exactly what I needed and sorted it for me ASAP.

Really been a great three years plus now living with fab bi fold doors and dorma windows! From the get go the company was recommended by a respected builder he was not wrong! The lead time was exactly as promised, the doors and windows both excellent in quality and price. Delivery was efficient and Corteous, a small issue dealt with under warranty has been expertly and detailed by Lucy who has top class, regular updates by emails and issue resolved

Excellent company and recommend for windows, bi-fold doors and french doors. After a substantial house fire, I had to replace most of the windows and doors in a house in Leigh on Sea.
I visited their showroom on about 4 different times as kept changing my mind.
Ken was super helpful and very patient and professional on all the changes and options and always made himself available on the day to deal with the order.
Chris also gave excellent advice from his wealth of experience.
Really nice people to deal with.

Just been into the duration windows showroom,
good range of products and really well talked through by Ken . As developers we found it all very useful and look to place an order this week.

We had just purchased our new house by the sea in time for the summer and found some difficulty in closing our Duration bi-fold doors. One phone call catalysed their scheduling a date for a service call, and they then managed to expedite the date even sooner. The professional engineers attended to the problem swiftly and efficiently with no fuss. I was effectively a replacement purchaser of the doors and the warranty service provided was immediate, excellent and with no sniff of a quibble. They seem a very decent firm!

Thank you Daniel for your help and advice today - it was invaluable! We are looking forward to seeing our Duration windows and doors complete our home :)

We booked our visit to the showroom and met Daniel. Great experience with him who walked us through the various sliding door and bifold door styles and the various options we can choose from for our renovation project. He was able to explain clearly the differences between the styles, door types and available colours. He was very helpful in all the queries we had and understood the importance to provide various quotation combinations.

We made an appointment to go to the showroom to look at a lean to roof and French doors for an extension we are adding to our house. We were greeted by Daniel who was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pushy sales pitch, or a sales pitch at all actually, which we really appreciated - just help and advice. We were so impressed with the products on offer and the quality is fantastic.
