Have sourced heritage windows from Duration for several phases for our house over a number of years. Required some more recently and received the usual first class service from Charlie at the quote stage. Prompt and professional.

Where can i start?
From the moment of picking up the phone and speaking to a lady called Coral what an experience, so helpful nothing was too much trouble. Sent my measurements over had everything re sent to me to confirm!! Such a simple slick service!!! Highly recommend!!

Excellent quality bi-folds. Really friendly and helpful customer service. Responded quickly when we had a small issue with a wire (general wear and tear, not product issue), and helped to resolve it.

I made the effort to go to the showroom in Canvey Island, I spent well over an hour there with Ken in the showroom.
He was so helpful, and advised me so well, he has so much experience, just really helpful, and great advise.

Great customer service. We called into the showroom to view their bifold doors. Ken was great and explained all the options available to us. He was very knowledgeable about each door and showed us how they all worked, we just need to decide what we want which isn't easy with all the different options available.

I’ve known Duration nearly 30 years and have dealings with them on pretty much a daily basis. It’s not all a bed of roses as they know but when your ordering the quantities of product we do it’s not always going to be without it’s issues. It’s how you deal with those problems quickly which is a true mark of a good company and its staff. I’ve got to make a special mention of Georgina(Queen of Duration) who’s leaving shortly, I doubt she’ll miss speaking to me every week but I want to thank her for all of her help & support she’s given to us over the years. I wish you all the best Georgina in your new venture

Being using this company for years we had a customer who was very exact in what he wanted Coral was absolutely brilliant in handling the amount of phone calls and emails I sent not once did she make me feel I was nuisance (even though I knew I was ) she’s a brilliant member of the Duration team

The team were very responsive. Our door handle on a door fitted five years ago had broken and they immediately sent a free replacement without any hassle at all. Quite exceptional.

We purchased Royale Stepped Aluminium Heritage Steel-replacement Windows. The look great and also meet the planning requirements of the conservation area. The folks at Duration, including Elise and James, have been very helpful and responsive when dealing with queries that have come up during / post installation.

Fantastic visit to Duration in Canvey Island today. Coral was FULL of information and could easily help us with a pretty tricky set of plans. We had our little boy there who fell in love with the Cheater statue and who Coral was fantastic with. We have come away armed with information and lots of exciting new ideas that we hadn’t considered before. We felt in fantastic hands and are looking forward to possibly working with them to design something wonderful!
