Been waiting for an occupational therapy assessment twice now. No call or correspondence. Still charge my work for the call even though it didn't take place
Awful company to have to deal with. My employer uses them for OH reviews and I don’t understand why. Last report they referred to me as male but I’m female, they listed conditions I did not have, it was not a true reflection of the conversation we had to this time with Dr Peter Noone he was vile, disgusting human being. He talked down at me, made me feel that I should not be working, I was detrimental to my employer, I’m not, he wouldn’t let me talk, he made me feel like I needed to quit my job. I made a complaint about him and another Dr called who was lovely and the opposite of Dr Noone, if you are offered an appointment with Dr Noone change it ask for anyone else don’t have an appointment with him. Trying to communicate with them or gain access to the portal has been a nightmare and taken hours of my time. They messaged to say they have loaded the report and I get access only to find it’s not been loaded.
Upon applying for a job made me run around and marked me unfit to work because I mentioned I had anxiety when the question asked have you ever had anxiety. I also mentioned I had ADHD they do try to get you in for appointments and health checks so they can bill the government. It’s a joke that you have to post evidence out & not email then it in this day & age! Their website and portal are a mess to! Took me 2 hours to complete a basic form because it wouldn't let me upload evidence and would save what I had already filled in so had to start again a few times.
This company run medical appeals boards and has been given the contract by the Government, although they are meant to act impartial to all parties they clearly show favour to the local authority, they will answer thier queries immediately, however if you are the subject to the board they never respond to emails, have no clear complaint process and are unprofessional and very frustrating, hopefully the Goverment will give the contract to a more professional company in the future.
