Bad repair, insulting behaviour, pressure to pay cash, to bypass tax...

I had my laptop hinge repaired here. Poor work, worse treatment.

The card reader sat in plain sight. I was told it wasn't working and pushed to pay cash. When I asked why, he told me straight out that he hates the system in The Netherlands and doesn't want to pay tax to this people.

Their public reply now says the terminal had an outage.

When I said I wasn't happy with the service, he called me names.

I believe there replay here will be dishonest so as their poor service.

Avoid this place if you need MacBook repairs. The unprofessionalism here is both astounding and unacceptable. They lack the expertise to handle MacBook repairs in-house and instead send them to a third-party service. When I asked about the status of my repair, I was met with hostility and yelled at for simply inquiring. After raising concerns that the repair had been done improperly, I was dismissed and yelled at even more. When it was confirmed that the repair was indeed faulty, there was no apology. Instead, the worker called the third-party vendor and berated them right in front of me. The staff here seem perpetually angry and frustrated, making this one of the worst repair shop experiences I’ve ever had—even across 6 continents. They are clearly in need of customer service training. Save yourself the time, frustration, and headache by taking your MacBook to Amac or thePhoneLab instead. I wrote a review about this unsavory experience on a Google Review ,and they had the gall to reply with lies! They are entirely angry and dishonest.
