Same guys set up a company previously called Omni capital they more or less run into the ground cut corners and lacked dudiligence in their contracts, one example being safe glaze. I got through to second stage interview which was conducted by Dermott and safe to say he didn't really appreciate me calling out flaws in the previous company and how after he left, the company had a massive turnaround in performance by improving processes and implementing risk measures. Can't teach some people how it should be done unfortunately. Cowboys!

As Bad as Purple Bricks who they fund!

As Bad as Purple Bricks who they fund!
This organisation are the funders behind Purple Bricks who are probably one of the most dishonest and unfair organisations in the UK. Despite an Ombudsman intervention they will harass you with calls and emails. The Ombudsman ruled in my favour and agreed that Purples Bricks had been lying. This has taken 3 years of misery and investigation to prove what I had already told them in 2022. Avoid both organisations they are as one another and this company enable Purple Bricks to continue trading which they should not be allowed to do!

What!? Debt collectors for 41p!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made a purchase of a camera and set up a direct debit with Duologi to pay off the cost over several months. All went well and I repaid the amount without any missed payments etc. Several months later, without any communication from Duologi, I was contacted by debt collectors chasing the balance owed of £0.41! Why did you not collect it via the direct debit? Why did you fail to contact me about it? I sincerely hope that the debt collectors charged you more than 41p. Coincidentally, I am amount to upgrade my camera again, but I don't think I will get in touch with Duologi about this one. Appalling!

Act on behalf of Purplebricks and are just as corrupt as them. Unable to read an ombudsman complaint outcome or even liaise with Purplebricks or whatever debt company they support the outsource of payment to. They are embarrassing. 4 years on, they should be ashamed or themselves.

Dodgy Doulogi!!

I had Owed some estate agent fees most of which I’ve paid off. My house fell through and it was with Yopa And I asked them to put me on repayment scheme with a credit agent which they did. I paid off most of the debt and the agent 3 to 4 years ago told me I did not need to worry about the rest because it was such a small amount, and I had paid most of it off.. Last week I have had three messages and one email from Doulogi asking me to pay what I owe, this flagged me up as highly suspicious because firstly it wasn’t the original credit company I dealt with and secondly this came out of a blue with no explanation, no invitation to go through a expenditure inventory to see what I could afford to pay back and furthermore Just a link to a direct debit form. There is no way I am prepared due to send money over like this because it could well be a Potential scam. Even if they are genuine, then they need to prove to me this I have reported them to action fraud because I really don’t trust Email sent to me and did not send any money over in the direct debit. Citizen Advice advised me to report until I had further clarification this was genuine. I agree with the other one star Negative feedback. This is a dodgy company. Avoid I will be taking this to the financial ombudsman as well.

Bad practice

In complete agreement with other reviews. I have also had a direct debit set up to NCO Europe without my consent or knowledge. Will also be going to ombudsman. I didn’t recognise the company and saw a new direct debit on my account so promptly cancelled it!!! I only had 4 months left to pay on a 3 year agreement.

Data protection issue

Have had a positive experience with Duologo until recently…I had a loan from Duologi with a DD being taken each month, I can see that the next is due to be taken by NCO Europe. I’ve not received any communication from Duologi or NCO at all to let me know this change - I’d have had no issues if I had been told, but looks like both have let me and many others down. Concerning that my personal details (bank account, name etc) must have been passed on by Duologi without informing me, have these companies not heard of data protection! Pretty sure you have to let your customers know of such a vital change too, very unethical and dishonest not to do so. I will be reporting and will not use this company in the future, would strongly recommend you also avoid.

Avoid!! Terrible practice

As with others below - my finance agreement was passed over to NCO Europe with no communication from either party. When the direct debit was set up on my account in NCO Europe's name, I cancelled it as I didn't recognise it and as above, have received no communication.

Only when realising my monthly payment to Duologi has not gone out, have I found these reviews and realised what has happened.

Disgusting practice from both parties.

Transfer of contract to NCO Europe

I have the same situation as many other posters - having paid up to 2 years of a 3 year agreement, Duologi have passed my agreement to debt collection company without my consent to transfer my data - A direct debit was cancelled and a new one set up on my account with no notification or anything. I am about to also complain to the finance onbudsman for what appears to be a breach of contract and data protection

This company has done to me what they have to other reviewers. They transfered my account to NCO Europe without my consent. Having not recognised the payment from my statement I cancelled the direct debit. This will probably mean I will have a debt collection agency on my back for the remaining payments.
If anyone knows what I should do please can you help
Thanks

Looks like they transferred my agreement to nco without any form of correspondence, like anyone would I reported to my bank as fraud and later saw these reviews....they just didn't take a payment and passed my details to another company.....I will be contacting the ombudsman as this is bad business practice.

No contact whatsoever, didn't take a payment and scheduled a direct debit via another company without my consent which is fraud.

Stay clear of this company
Used duologi to finance a large piece of industrial equipment
They sold my payment plan to nco Europe and neither company informed me
I contacted my bank when i did not recognise nco on my statement and cancelled the direct debit before I realised what had happened.
Tried to contact both companies and no response from either
Will now be taking case to the ombudsman

Illegal Activity

My account has transferred over to another company without me being notified, which also means my financial details have been passed on to a third party without my consent. This is fraudulent activity and will not only be reported to trading standards but also to the financial ombudsman. This place needs to be shut down.

Duologi terminated our contract with no warning or explanation after several years of working together. I have tried contacting Duologi but had absolutely no responses. My company can no longer offer a finance option for our customers which has now left us in limbo. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Awful

Awful, they don't send you any proper documents, don't notify you of anything, have been trying to confirm if my last payment had gone out. To call them, to find out that they have decided to passed on my details to another company. Have dealt with the complaints department with Duologi before, wouldn't recommend them to anyone thinking of going with this company.
