Very happy with our recent purchase from Dunelm. The TV unit is exactly as I hoped. Quality piece of furniture. It was well packaged, so delivered with no damage. The delivery crew were brilliant...quite a long walk from the drive to our annexe and they delivered it to its final location with no grumbles. Really efficient and professional. Would certainly purchase from Dunelm again.

The best endorsement of this product is, despite the close proximity to the village High Street, often busy with fast moving and noisy farm vehicles, the birds love it.

Lack of Customer Service
What a Hassle!!!!!
Dunelm sent a made to measure blind but a faulty mechanism that did not fit however the blind was made to the correct size.
Getting any customer service to resolve this has been a nightmare. I think the team are reluctant to sort and now £105 out of pocket. Day 3 of trying to resolve this now. Endless queueing in live chats.

BAD SERVICE
I would like this escalated to a manager, please.
I’m not satisfied with how this has been handled. I’ve experienced multiple issues throughout this order:
The curtains were not sent with the rest of my order initially
I was incorrectly told there were two parcels and made to feel like I was mistaken, only to later be told by another advisor that there was in fact just one and the item was missing
When the replacement arrived, the colour was completely different to what was shown online, which meant I had to go through the inconvenience of returning it
I was then told I would receive a refund within 10 days (including weekends), which turned out to be incorrect, as I was later told it was 10 working days
Despite this, the refund was still not processed within that timeframe and I’ve had to chase multiple times.
This level of service has been very disappointing and time-consuming. I would like a manager to review this situation and respond, as I don’t feel this has been handled appropriately at any stage.

We went to get a pair of slimline bedside tables from the store in Ipswich and this is the review I left, which they decided not to allow on their website.
Bought two of the grey ones. They are well packaged as they are pre assembled. One was fine, the other one was a bit wonky, must have been assembled on a Friday afternoon. Rear left leg wasn't strait and the top front left corner looked like someone tried to sand a blemish off the surface. Contacted customer service team who couldn't help because we bought them in store, so we were advised to contact the store which we did. The store said that they didn't have a replacement in stock but if I brought the damaged one back I would get refunded. I explained that we had used a 10% off voucher when we purchased the items yesterday so could we have the 10% off the replacement that they said they would order for us? Flat no. Is there anything else you could do to save me a 10 mile round trip to replace a faulty item? Flat no. The quality of the one that isn't damaged is OK and the dimensions are perfect for what I need them for but I still think they are overpriced. Customer service was disappointing also.

I have bought many times off of Dunelm. They have always been deliverd. The prices seem to be quite reasonable & I usually look up on the reviews. The pictures are exactly as they appear.

Wrote to CEO of Dunelm, Ms Moriarty at their Head Office, as I was disappointed with the stock answers from their customer service people, to my complaint about the joins in my made to measure Roman blinds.
It is more than four weeks now and the CEO has not even taken the time to reply to my letter. No surprise that customer service is poor, when the person leading the company does not take the time to reply.
Love the final result
Love the final result, the bed looks good now it’s assembled. However I would suggest that you get the instructions re-written, they were very poor in comparison with other self assembly products we have made up in the past.

CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE WHO SAY THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED AS OPENED AND WERE REALLY PATRONISING ABOUT TONES OF COLOUR . I EXPECT ITEMS IN THE SAME RANGE TO BE THE SAME TONE / COLOUR . THEY WERE QUITE RUDE . VERY DISAPPOINTED AS I BUY REGULARLY FROM DUNELM
