I feel that the games are fair, the bonus games that are free are a nice touch, and you can actually win something on them!
The fact that you get money-back every Friday is awesome, I don't think any other platforms do this.
I recently had an issue with verification, which is an annoyance but necessary by law, and contacted Support: They replied really quickly, and resolved the problem.
If you're going to have the occasional gamble for fun, you can't go wrong with NYSPINS in my opinion. By the way, I don't work for them etc, but have been done-over at other casinos, and never here.

Never known a casino site to charge you to deposit. Never the less I had a go. £500 later and the most unsatisfactory gal play I’ve had in a longer time. Ate the money like a bowl of candy. Really put off with using this site again. Barely a win or if so was the most underwhelming win. Wouldn’t waste your money on dulez casino. Probably best to avoid it unless you enjoy throwing money away.
I’m aware it’s a gamble and you take risks of which I’m fine with but £500 to go in around 40 mins playing 50p-£1-£2 a go just ain’t normal. No proper game play. Absolute liberty.

One big scam. Hundred spins for bonus and winnings between 30 to 100 pounds when stake 2 pounds. Eceey time lose.

I needed help because I submitted the wrong document. The support team was very patient and told me what to fix. Once I sent the correct file, my account was verified, and they approved my withdrawal right after. I was impressed.

Opened a account and deposited using phone bill , made a withdraw of £300 , asked for documents including standard ID etc , Sent my EE Bill and a invoice I got when got my phone as it has a E Sim installed not a physical sim and apparently there not the original which they are ! Not got my withdraw 5 days later !!!

By far the worst company ever, do not waste your time or money. No matter how much you deposit or how long you play, any game or stake, you will not win anything. It is impossible to win bonuses do not exist, never win more than your stake it will just give constant dead spins then every 15 spins or so it will give a small percentage of your stake back. You lose money very very quick because you never get anything back. I have proof I can screenshot my gaming history, like a fool I kept chasing losses thinking there’s no way it can be this bad, but trust me, it can. Absolute scam company i will never understand how they get away with it.
please save your money and stay away from this site, you will only regret it I promise you.

My account needed verification, before I could make my withdrawal, I had £800 pending, once my account was verified they sent me only £350 and I was concerned I wouldn’t get my remaining £450. After speaking with the live chat they were able to identify that I indeed did not receive the £450 so they were able to fix the issue and send me my money the same day. I have to say I’m very impressed with the speedy live chat service they provide, top marks for that!

Horrific site claimed after taking payment multiple times i was depositing through a third party, PayPal, partners name my email my card details, which understandably if I scrolled through a tonne of smallprint I might of picked up on but then too withhold my money and kick me out ...

I deleted my previous review as my case with Duelz has officially ended and I was paid my withdrawal request after 45 days of pure stress.

I deposited £10k with no problems at all but when I requested to withdraw £6k I had my account suspended pending further documentation. I submitted the documents and they kept asking for more documents. I submitted everything they asked for and they emailed me saying that my account was closed and that I should contact eCogra if I disagreed with the decision. I contacted eCogra and after a week or so they emailed me back saying that Duelz told them that the "internal investigation was still ongoing" eCogra told me there was nothing they could so until after it had finished. I contacted Duelz to ask why they lied about their "final decision" and they blanked my emails. I emailed all of their departments and even the sister sites emails and I got nothing back. 22 days go by and I decide to contact the employees on LinkedIn and inform them that I will take this further. A few days go by and I get an email from Duelz saying that they "performed a re-assessment of the documents your provided this far" and require me to get the documents certified by an accountant or solicitor. I submitted the documents and the following day they finally paid out my withdrawal. It took 45 days for them to pay out my money.. it's the worst experience I've ever had on a casino. The delay tactics are disgusting and I've reported them to the Gambling Commission for this reason.

I would rate this site 0/5 if that was an option. Avoid!

However they continue to accept deposits
