DueHome is unfair, does not honor their words, and keep your money!

Due-Home acts unfair when having to return product, does not honor their words, and keep your money!
When unpacked, the table had a defect. After contacting Due-Home, they proposed to either exchange the product or return it and refund as soon as the product has the pickup is done. So far, it was ok.
We received the label for returning the table. We had to wait home for the pick-up but nobody came nor called... We had to contact Due-Home and Celeritas (the shipping company) again and again to try to arrange a pick-up appointment.
In the end, Celeritas told us that Due-Home cancel this delivery, so no-one will come to pick up the table. So Due-Home keep the money. But Due-Home never told us they were cancelling this delivery.

Due-Home agit de manière déloyale lorsqu'il s'agit de renvoyer un produit, ne respecte pas ses engagements et garde votre argent !
Au déballage, la table présentait un défaut. Après avoir contacté Due-Home, ils m'ont proposé soit d'échanger le produit, soit de le retourner et de me rembourser dès que le produit aura été récupéré. Jusqu'à présent, c'était bon.
Nous avons reçu l'étiquette pour le retour de la table. Nous avons dû attendre chez nous l'enlèvement mais personne n'est venu ni n'a appelé... Nous avons dû contacter Due-Home et Celeritas (la société de transport) à plusieurs reprises pour essayer de fixer un rendez-vous pour l'enlèvement.
Finalement, Celeritas nous a dit que Due-Home annulait la livraison et que personne ne viendrait chercher la table. Due-Home garde donc l'argent. Mais Due-Home ne nous a jamais dit qu'il annulait cette livraison.

Due-Home actúa de forma desleal al tener que devolver el producto, no cumple sus palabras, ¡y se queda con tu dinero!
Al desembalarla, la mesa tenía un defecto. Después de contactar con Due-Home, me propusieron cambiar el producto o devolverlo y reembolsarme el dinero en cuanto el producto estuviera recogido. Hasta ahí, todo bien.
Recibimos la etiqueta para devolver la mesa. Tuvimos que esperar en casa para la recogida pero nadie vino ni llamó... Tuvimos que contactar una y otra vez con Due-Home y con Celeritas (la empresa de transporte) para intentar concertar una cita para la recogida.
Al final, Celeritas nos dijo que Due-Home cancelaba la entrega, por lo que nadie vendría a recoger la mesa. Así que Due-Home se queda con el dinero. Pero Due-Home nunca nos dijo que cancelaba esta entrega.

We ordered a couch at Conforama wich…

We ordered a couch at Conforama which should be deliverd by DueHome
Now we are getting messages that they can't reach us
We mailt several times and no respons!
They can,t be reached by phone and they they don,t any mail
We are waiting now for three weeks while we are already back in our homeland
Anybody an idea?

Waiting for the delivery 2 months

This is a really unprofessional company.
I have order a kitchen cabinet from the website and I’ve been waiting for it for almost two months to receive.
I had to cancel it in the meantime and order again, but it was exactly the same situation. They refused to contact the delivery company and help me. They were just sending me emails to reply to my request sending sad emojis and saying they are trying to reporting it but they cant do anything.
Its an absolute joke, please dont buy there if you want to receive an order earlier than 5 months.
