I ordered clips for my car, over a month ago with no update. They don’t respond to emails & calls don go through. Proper scam

Complete Fraud Scam NO company registered address no vat number not listed companies house. Linked by other reviewers to ML Performance Limited at Staines Business Park, Unit 2, 96-104 Church Street, Staines-Upon-Thames, Surrey, England, TW18 4YA Sole company director Marshall Tony LEE has numerous companies some with charges against with HSBC

Complete fraud, ordered tires, they didn't arrive within a month, I've been waiting for a refund for 2 weeks already. They answer emails but each time they have a new story about why it takes so long, a problem with the financial center, a problem with delivery, a problem with the IT center and much more... I started getting my money back through the bank. I don't recommend it to anyone, 100% scam.

Don’t purchase anything from this stupid shop.they are false advertising,after the order they need me pay more for the parts.

I ordered 2 brake discs for my car, after a week they hadn’t arrived so I asked for an update and tracking number. I was told that these discs were now a special order item and I needed to pay an additional invoice.
I cancelled the order and asked for a refund, after countless emails over the last few weeks I’ve still not received my money back.
Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a part , never turned up.
I contacted the seller for a refund and took over a week to get a response to which wasn't helpful.
Stay well clear of this place it's a literal scam , worst service I've ever received.
If you order from here you'll have to contact your bank to dispute the payment as fraud to get a refund , no idea how they're still in business.

Robbing scum. Take money, no email replies, can't get anyone to pick up the phone, no shipping date or info after over a week.

Credit card charge back commenced.

Just an update. It is now over a month ago and our car parts have never arrived…..the money was taken from account almost immediately…..we have had to order the parts from another company so has now cost double the expense ! Still no response via email or phone !!

This company is a sister of ml performance , after ordering some parts a week later I tried to chase up with no reply and no answer from there phone line which after many calls I assume never works

I instantly read the reviews and realised I’d made a mistake , after many emails and then hounding ml performance for info “duco car parts “ then replied and hadn’t ordered the parts or let me know they weren’t in stock after pushing for a refund they took there time replying to every email I then again hounded ml performance which did end up with a refund but judging by other reviews it was by luck

I ordered my items before reading the reviews which at first made me very sceptical about actually receiving my order.

After emailing regarding my concerns I quickly had a response from the team which helped me and gave me a rough delivery time.

I received my items right on time and had a lot of reassuring emails to counter the bad reviews. All in all the team was helpful and I received my items on time.

Sadly I read the reviews after placing an order that hasn’t materialised. Sent emails and phoned without success. I have tried to cancel the order but again have not had a reply. If I don’t receive a refund I will take it further.

Thank you to every one who left an honest review as I was just about to make a purchase from them. But when I had tried to call them I had no response from them at all!! So thought do my due diligence and I’d check them out on Trust Pilot. I’m so glad I do now and based on these reviews I’ve dodged a bullet and being shafted, so once again thanks

This company is a total scam

I have to admit, foolishly I ordered the BMW oil and filter prior to checking reviews. Due to my findings I checked a scam checker and wasn’t impressed at all! Further validity checks weren’t good either! Before contacting my credit card company I thought I’d wait and see if the parts arrived. Encouragingly I received an email invoice, but no further contact after 4 days, as they said they would do regarding despatch and or any delay. In view of this I emailed Ducocarparts and despite a number of reviews suggesting unsuccessful attempts by other customers, I had no problem. Oliver at Ducocarparts was very helpful, suggesting they had my filter, but there would be a delay with the oil. Following my further contact Oliver pulled out all stops and was able to supply everything with two days! Great price, service and delivery. After my initial concern, I realised this company, also trading under ML Performance, is like Amazon, it’s a car parts ‘Drop Shop’ they take the customer order and have their supplier ship it direct. Not quite sure what happens if you have to return a part, presumably information regarding this scenario is on their website. May be Ducocarparts might want to do something regarding, what appears to me to be a bad image, as this must be costing them a lot of lost business. Thanks again Ducocarparts.

Ordered some engine oil from them, not provided a tracking number which at the time I didn’t notice, emailed to chase my order but had no response, then tried to call them various times but the line goes to voicemail. Scam company, I wish I’d have read the reviews before buying, now in the hands of PayPal to get my money back.

A complete SCAM - they steal your money and do not supply anything then if you can get in touch with them they just answer with complete BS - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM - SCAMMING ASSHOLES
