I went into the store at 1442 S. Parker Rd. at 5:32 Pm on Saturday 10-11-25. I promptly walked over to the
Medication aisles. There was a tall man waiting in one of the aisles waiting for someone to help him. I wear my keys around my neck, he thought I worked there.
I showed him the button and pushed the button and told him he would need to wait. I them pushed the button for me on the next aisle over as well. We stood there for at least 20 minutes. I had to ask one of the male pharmacy attendants to ask for an attendant as we were standing there a long time. He could see that. I looked at the clock inside the pharmacy and it said approximately 5:52. 20 Minutes! Finally the attendant came and he helped the gentleman as he should have first.
Then he came over to me and I asked why we waited so long. I had already noticed as I walked in that the store wasn't very busy. He told me it was really busy. I commented that if that was busy he needed to get another job. At first he was not going to allow me to hold the item that he pulled out of the locked cabinet. I said something to him and he gave me my diabetic sticks. I put my 2 items that I was going to purchase on the counter. Lupna yelled at me and told me to stand over to my left and wait where there was no one at a cash register because of privacy concerns. Then I noticed that the people that were not in the store when I walked in were being helped first. I spoke up and Lupna told me that wasn't standing in the right place. I told her that I was standing where she told me to stand. I am 71 years old and I have a spine that is in need of 2 serious surgeries. I was in extreme pain. Most people would have passed out by now. I was already leaning on the counter. The gentleman that called for us saw that I was in great pain. Lupna gave me more lip and I placed my 2 items on the counter, and told her that I wasn't going to play her game. I might have mentioned that I was at least 50 years older than she. I don't remember.
On the way into the store, I noticed that it wasn't very busy. Three lanes were open,but only one was busy. No one was standing in the self service line. Maybe after my 20 minute waiting more people came in. I should not have been treated like I was in the principal's office. If this was the way she was going to treat me I would not play her game. I am not a child.
So I left my purchase on the counter and walked out.

I left and called the store. I sat on hold for another 20 minutes. I was not put on mute as I should have been. The female that asked for the manager, told me she was going to hang up on me and then she did. I called back 2 times more and she hung up both times. So in other words she hung up on me 3 times. Apparently you do not train your staff to be courteous to their customers. Perhaps this is why you have such a large turn over. I never see the same people twice and I am in there a lot. Do not have an AI bot review this. It should be given the respect that I was not!!

I love the ad-free space that DuckDuckGo offers, and with their interactive AI, I'm getting more focused responses to my searches. It pulls information from many websites and compiles it into an understandable, clear result that gives me the answers I need. If I need to clarify, I can go to a private chat and narrow down the response there. It's fun!

Duckduckgo for me is a waste of time. A lot of my searches are voice search which they don't support.

It saved me from constant data theft from chrome and opera to hell with Googles constant tracking. Its a thrilling search engine though it has less customisation but im fine with it

Difficult to navigate and whilst looking for something fairly innocuous I came face to face with some hardcore porn videos!

It felt good to get away from Google. DDG has so many little features that I like, but the one I really love is the App Tracking Protection. I'm not joking when I say that you have no idea how MANY trackers are in every little app on your device, and they're pinging tracker networks thousands of times a day. Things I thought were innocuous were tracking me and I never even knew it.
Search results aren't as precise as I'd like, but compared to what Google has made of itself (LOL), they're as accurate as you're gonna get without going to a literal library.
Most importantly, they let you TURN OFF THE AI. Google forces it on you, but DDG gives you the CHOICE.

Very sadded to give this such a low rating as i appreriate the privacy aspects but I am geniuenly appalled by the low quality of the browser itself, and at the end of the day. That IS its main purpose. It has a tendacy to give HIGHLY biased results that could geniuenly be dangerous and is not at all reliable in acquiring accurate information.

Very disappointed and have begun actively discouraging others from using it.

Spam is gone! but search results is not very precise, But i understand that if you dont,like Google have Cookies,Ads and search trackers and moore.... it takes time to build your database.....

The search results aren't always what I asked for but the protection features have resulted in a lot less spam. Using it now!

Well Was Good. Developers mess up. AI So stupid. Even told me to Delete App. Can Find or allow BlueSky.. cannot find it said. So stupid. Yes Have my setting right.

So deleted. I did like it. But if you cannot find a Major Social Media Site.. that very very Bad.

Any help in protecting personal data is better than nothing. I have been using the DDG website for several months and had no issues, it also gives statistics of what has been blocked which has been an eye opener of just how many sites grab personal data and who knows where that data then ends up, I will continue to use DDG for the foreseeable future.

I believe what I like most about DuckDuckgo is I can easily find websites I'm looking for while simultaneously blocking other search engines/companies and individuals from tracking (spying) me. I think others could learn a lot by simply studying how DuckDuckgo operates.

Ever since I and many others discovered that Google is scraping our data, we had to jet to other sites that don’t spy on us. After all, privacy and anonymity are very important.

There’s an auto-delete option for history & data everytime I exit the app.

seit der Blödsinnigen Änderung .. twink auf guys .. ist die Suche nach Modells .. zur Katastrophe geworden ..
wenn ich einen Mann suche .. zeigt mir die Ente ne nackte Frau ...
wechselt die Suchmaschine ... wenn das Geld weg bleibt ... bekommt man auch wieder die alten gewohnten Ergebnisse ..

this duck is not able to distinguish ... between man & woman ...
since the stupid change ... twink on guys ... the search for models ... has become a disaster ...
when I search for a man ... the duck shows me a naked woman ...
the search engine changes ... if the money stays away ... you get the old familiar results again ...

I love the idea of this but the integration is just not there yet. All my passwords are on Google - problem. Some sites don't load - problem. Using gmail links to DDG don't always work - problem.
So, I have taken it off default and returned to google. Its a shame, but just too much hassle having to do things multiple times when google is mostly seamless.

Once I make this comment to DuckDuckGo and attempt to return it by email. Your site requires a secret four digit number. That’s lovely but when one attempts to place that somewhere the original comment as well as the email to duck Gogo is gone gone, however that does cut down on the comment, doesn’t it?

It is a good browser BUT don't use their VPN free service. It slowed down all my apps and slowed disasterly sending images via texts, and often prevented phone calls (I got several messages that I had "no service").
After removing the VPN, everything I do on my phone (Samsung A54, 5G) is super fast.
