I would give zero stars. I booked 2 tickets for ice skating for my son and his girlfriend for 22nd December. They emailed to cancel due to “operational reasons” on the afternoon of 22nd and I still have had No Refund and No response to my 2 emails querying 😡
Extremely well expensive, mostly foods stalls that were way overpriced. Smithfield is a much better experience
Extremely expensive, a lot of stalls closed with the minimum of decorations of the stalls that were open they were almost all food, there was a spice bag stall, What that had to do with Xmas? Regardless it was €16 for a spice bag! Funfair rides were €10 per go as per usual in Ireland a complete rip off and you got nothing for it!
I really can't see why people are giving so much negative reviews I was there today and had a great day out and two kids had an amazing time at Dublin loves Christmas yes it's Abit pricey but what Xmas market isn't expensive.. I also asked a staff member who was a Steward working for clan events called mikey for information about what was happening over the next few Weeks and he couldn't of been more helpful extremely polite and professional.. I will definitely be back before the end
I was really looking forward to Dublin Loves Christmas at RDS, but it was a total disappointment. The whole thing felt like a money grab with zero festive charm.
• €6 for a cup of instant Cadbury hot chocolate.
• €10 for a “crumble” made of boxed custard, a bit apple or mixed berries, and something some air fryer “crumble.”
• €20 for the artificial ice rink + a €2.50 booking fee! The rink was uneven and grooved. Had a couple of staff scraping off excess ice with handheld tools. It didn’t help. No resurfacing machine, just a bumpy mess.
