Highly recommended, experience so far has been amazing even when I’m not having a nice day they turn the upside down frown 😕 but right up 😌, they listen, give me time to speak and make sure the reason why I called was sorted out.
They call and make sure everything is going smoothly and if any assistance is needed not many transaction app does that.
At this point if DT&T had an actual online banking for everyday spending with a debit card I’ll be happy to sign up!!!!

Absolute shower
They randomly decided to close my account with no explanation and no warning. There is still money left in the account and payments still going on but they refuse to give me any information.

This app is not user-friendly at all.
A customer should have control of their funds, and be able to move money from one wallet to another without being charged.
There is a 50 Euro charge to return money back to the account, which is too high. I won't be using your app anymore.
Currently, I have funds in my account that I'm trying to withdraw, but I can't because the charge is higher than the amount in the app. I have been a loyal customer from the beginning and have raised this issue several times, but it seems like nothing has been done to improve the situation.
