Extremely poor quality-Damaged by rain- no support
I bought an expensive jacket at the Dsquared2 Koningsplein store , and to my surprise,it got completely stainned after being caught in the rain once. For a luxury brand,the quality of the materials is unacceptable. I havesent several emails with photos to the store Dsquared2-Koningsplein showing the damage, but i have been completely ignored for weeks . Iexpect a premium brand to stand behindits products .Since the store refuses to answer, I am now taking this case to the European Consumer Centre(ECC) .

I placed an order on 1/29/2026 and had to contact customer service since they were not shipping the item.
They said that they did not have any order with the number that they provided in the confirmation email.
They were able to locate my order after I sent them screenshots. They sent me an email with a tracking number. FedEx states that they do not have my order with them yet. Ten days later and they are not yet shipping
I made a order and paid before Christmas but have not received the items or gotten any replies when contacting customer service.

Absolutely atrocious customer service, company will not refund me even though I never received item and Dsquared have been informed by the courier that it is being returned. Sick of receiving the same stock reply to my demands for a refund, have contacted my credit card company for a refund.
I would stay well clear of this half a**ed company!

I've bought one pair of Dsquared2 jeans model '80 on 2th december and I've had some problems with the carrier so I've written to Dsquared2 and Angela Teixeira helped me in a very kind way helping me about it.
I received fast, professional, and incredibly friendly communication. Angela responded promptly to every request, offered clear guidance, and supported me throughout the entire process. Her attentive and welcoming approach made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

Despite receiving my return over two weeks ago, my refund for over £500 has still not been processed. I have reached out to the customer services reps on a couple of occasions already, but so far, have only been given the generic, there are delays response. No actual timeframe about when I will receive my refund. Actually feels like theft at this point, and judging by the other reviews, it’s been happening for some time. I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback now, as I’m fed up of waiting. Charging customers large sums for their products, then treating them with utter contempt.
I have placed the order on Oct 25, received two pairs of jeans on oct 31 which i think is a reasonable amount of time for delivery from EU considering customs and high season in sales. The jeans didn’t fit my size so I instantly refunded them, but I have received the confirmation of return on Nov 13th only due to DHL delays. Since then I’m waiting for my refund. Support team is giving random answers — high volume of orders you have to wait, no clarity on when the refund will be even accepted and then processed. Had to submit the dispute at the bank, otherwise this is not moving anywhere. Highly not recommend to order anything at this online shop.
