I just had the most sureal conversation today with their customer service agent, apparently, it would seem their delivery firm “ sending only use google maps for deliveries ? It’s to my mother home address where she receives government statement bank statements receives post from all organisations including Amazon.
The girl proceeded to say we are NOT Amazon and that’s how we work? She then proceeds to ask for another address to send the package to? I’m at a total loss for words….so I have no other address let’s cancel she said yes and that was it. The most sureal conversation and she even laughed about it, nothing to be proud of

Do not order online. They are scammers. I order particular hair shampoo, because I have skin condition, from internet shop. Arrived package with completely different product, and different invoice which match the wrong order. I’m extremely disappointed.

I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience with Druni to warn potential customers. After placing an order, I eagerly awaited my delivery, only to have my hopes shattered when the delivery partner forged my signature and falsely claimed to have completed the delivery.
Despite my repeated attempts to reach out for assistance, Druni has chosen to ignore my complaints entirely. Their lack of accountability and customer service is staggering. It feels as though they’ve stolen not just my money, but also my time and energy.
I urge everyone to steer clear of Druni. Their unacceptable practices and utter disregard for customer satisfaction are a recipe for frustration. If you've had similar experiences, please share in the comments to help others avoid this nightmare.

Druni is making fake marketing. I've been to police station in Castellon and made a complain. They are selling perfumes with half the price just to bring you to the website and after buying they cancel the order with no justification. The reason that there's is no stock. There's stock I've just checked. The customer service threat you very bad saying that there's no stoc. I've been printed and handed over to the police the pictures with the stock. Shame how they cheat customers. Avoid!!!

Customer service very disappointing. I have spent a lot with this company over the last year or so and the last product I ordered arrived in a very poor condition.
Originally customer service replied to me but have not resolved the issue or replied to further emails. The product was a gift for a friend and I did not have time to return to store!! Totally dissatisfied to not even have a final explanation
The worst service ever
The worst service ever! Made an order, it turned out that one item is out of stock, the reimbursement was made. But when the parcel arrived it turned out that there is no second item for which they have never reimbursed money. I have spent 20+ days trying to get this case resolved through the support, that ended with nothing, just stopped answering my inquiries.
